The check in with door code was great. The cleanliness of the unit exceeded my expectation. It has everything I needed for my stay. The location and free parking was a bonus. My unit was in tower two and I did not experience any delay with the elevator. My host Connie was very nice and communicate well. She was responsive and check on me. I will stay here again when I come back to Waikiki.

The free parking in Waikiki is priceless

Excellent location and many thanks to Connie for helping make our stay stress free and memorable! We had all we needed and an added bonus was the free car park. Shopping and dining was just round the corner yet the condo was quiet. And if it's the beach you're after, it's just a few minutes away. Enough said!!

Good location, value

Communication with the host went well. Unit was clean and comfortable.

One of the elevators was down for maintenance which occasionally resulted in some long wait times.

I liked the night guard meeting us at a late arrival time. The manager was accessible for questions or concerns.

I did not like the checkout procedure having to leave the keys on the counter. Managers initially could not find them and it caused us time and concern to sort out that the keys were left on the counter. There should be a checkout inspection.
