I love the fact that it’s pet friendly. Perfect location, really nice views from the balcony.

Maybe the bed could be a little more comfy.

I loved being so close to the beach.

I didn’t like that there was only one elevator working at the time. It created a huge pileup at checkout time since everyone was leaving at the same time.

Nasty smell from old towels or old mop water

On this room I loved the beach front view. Love the fact that it was on the 11th floor and that I could see the sunrise on one side of the building and the sunset on the other side. Quiet and peaceful. Love it.

The room was clean but a few minor things I need noticed... 1. the stove had been used before our arrival since the aluminum foil had grease stains on them. 2. The kitchen towels were smelly like they were not properly washed. 3. the patio door is falling off it's hinges. 4. sink faucets are loose on the kitchen and bathroom.

Outside facilities and beach access were great!

Condo was filthy. Outlets in both bathrooms broken. Property is poorly maintained ( moldy bathrooms, faucet in master bathroom broken, water damage on ceilings, stained throw pillows, broken curtain rods, etc...). Too long a list to mention everything. No coffee filters, no salt and pepper, no extra paper towels and the one that was provided was black! I would expect our money back!
