I didn't think the room were clean enough

Location was perfect!! Great price!!

The staff at the front desk do not smile when you walk up to the front desk. I was there for four day and no one speaks with a smile. They are not a pleasant bunch.

it was a little rough around the edges. Room wallpaper was lifting in several areas. door closer was leaking oil. food on premises was uninspiring

Location was perfect. Can walk to restaurants, shops. Staff was helpful and welcoming.

Breakfast was limited but adequate. Service by everyone from the valet to the front desk were very polite and helpful.

The poorest possible toilet paper was used in the bathroom. Needs a serious upgrade, given the quality of the property.

i had an emergency and needed to cancel and could not get anyone in the hotel to respond to my many messages. never booking here again! terrible staff service!

Colour of the passageways. High pitched noise coming frome somewhere in the room.

The location was great - I didn't purchase the breakfast. I thought the price was too high.

The cost of the parking was extremely high. I am already paying to stay at the hotel, so I wasn't sure why the parking was additional. I would have liked to know this ahead of time as this would have helped me determine whether or not to stay here. This was an unexpected cost and I was highly disappointed in finding this out. There were also only 2 body towels, 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels for a 2 night stay with 2 adults in the room. There should have been more available than that in the room.

Two of the workers at the front desk were friendly. The rest could use some customer service classes.

We had ants by the sink, the hallway feels like a sauna, breakfast and parking are high. There was a hold on my account because it was showing that I was charged twice, but Aloft reimbursed me. Even though the reimbursed me there was a hold on my money. I called yo see if they could remove the hold and whoever answered the phone had the nastiest attitude. I had to extend my stay and chose to find another hotel instead of just extending my stay with aloft.
