Good value
Breakfast mediocre, spa use prices ridiculously expensive.

The room was a great size and had plenty of storage space. The bed was comfy and the room had good lighting. Shower was awesome with plenty of hot water. What made it for me though were the hotel staff. They were super helpful and incredibly accommodating. Highly recommended if you are looking for a hotel a little bit out of the city centre but very easy walking distance.
Nothing I didn't like but a couple of suggestions: Bedside lighting that you could turn on and off whilst you are in bed would have been good and a little more variety with the breakfast.

we only stayed for 1 night as we needed to go to Issey Kul but the hotel's location was ideal for us and the neigborhood was quiet so we felt safe. also, the staff were friendly and helpful.

Attractive building architecture. Large room.
Misleading advertising, I wouldn’t have stayed here if I knew it wasn’t a real spa. The spa is in a separate building, it cost many more $$ to use and you have to book in advance.
