Breakfast was good

There was no hot tub as advertised, which was the reason I booked my stay there. The pool was had obviously not been cleaned. I was disgusting. A member of the staff attempted to enter my room at 9:30 while I was changing clothes, which was humiliating. I was very disappointed.

Breakfast was great and beds are so comfortable.

1 lady at the front desk was very nice and helpful.

Alot of hair was visibly clogged in the shower drain, There weird steins in multiple places, house keeping wasn't even present on the night we got there to clean the hair in the shower, and we once asked several times for towels and did not get them. Hotel has a gorgeous look, but some of the workers need to do better.

Staff

Air unit filter in room needed to be changed. It was molded and smelled awful. I asked for it to be changed and it didn’t happen.

The staff was excellent. They were visible, had great attitudes, and the hospitality was top-notch.

When we got into the room evidence of the previous quest was very visible. There were remnants of party favors still attached to the ceiling of the room above the beds, The trash (food containers and bags) were still in the trash can near the tv/dresser. The beds were not neatly made up. They looked as though they were just thrown together in haste. The bathroom could have been a bit tidier but I always sanitize and reclean before we utilize it. There was only one set of towels yet we booked the room for 3 adults.
