It was very clean the staff were very welcoming and kind. The food (breakfast) was well prepared. Varied each day and was plentiful. A good start to head out exploring. Plenty of superettes nearby The outdoor seating in the dappled shade was most pleasant
There was nothing here that I didn't appreciate.
Not many taxis knew where Olivia's was and unless you can pinpoint it on a map, direct them to Samoana car rentals. From there it is a very short one minute walk further on but most taxis will then drop you at Olivia's.

The customer service was amazing, rooms were cleaned every second day, and breakfast was so yummy. The staff were so welcoming and so helpful when it came to my grandparents❤️ Aircon was a 10/10

Nice location, walkable and cheap taxi rides. Beds were comfy.
Shower was either burning hot or freezing cold, rooms were dated but expected nothing fancy at the
price point.

Location was great in respect to closeness to Apia and surrounds. Management and support staff were very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was adequate for what we required.
The room we occupied was not as seen on the photos. It was very basic and hot water in the shower was unreliable. The beds were old and the springs we felt while sleeping. The room could do with a very good clean and tidy up to bring it up to scratch.
