Lack of decent Breakfast venue on the premises

The room was large and the bed comfortable. The bathroom was also very nice. The location was very convenient to get to the French Quarter walking, and we also found some cheap parking nearby.

When we checked in, they could not find our reference and made it sound as if we didn't have a reservation even though we had the confirmation on booking.com. The room was not very clean, there were sticky soda stains on the surfaces. I also found some hair in the bathroom and one of the towels was completely torn. When the room cleaning came, they took away some towels but didn't replace them so we were left without a bathroom mat. They also didn't clean the stains. They didn't even come to make the room the second day. I complained to the front desk and offered us a small refund to compensate but I had to chase by phone and this refund was not in the file so had to complain again. It can also be quite noisy with people walking and talking in the corridors at night.

We liked the convenience of the location. The room design and facilities. Very sweet front desk staff.

no designated parking. valet only and it is not included in the price. the valet staff are reckless with the cars they are driving. we got our car back after one night being in valet and all the items were scattered about as if they were taking sharp turns or doing crazy moves in the car. that stuff stays still when we drive.

Security of using your key to use the elevator, large room, comfortable mattress, shower interior is beautiful, valet guys always opened the front door for you and greeted you. Housekeeping staff in the lobby greeted you too. Roof top pool is so nice but it was so cold. Loved the gym.

The shower water and both sink faucets would not turn hot nor Luke warm. There’s only one trash can in this large room. Refrigerator didn’t work. Bed spread/ duvet was the wrong size which was annoying. No blow dryer. No smart tvs so no Netflix just basic cable. Since it rained we wanted to stay in and have movie night. $25 early check in fee. One microwave for this big hotel That’s on the 2nd floor.

The elevators could use some inspecting. Noisy, broken hand rails, door closed but struggled to the last few inches.

Amazing room. Best bed I’ve slept on. Super clean and spacious. Next to Bourbon Street, easy and short walk to those neighbourhood.

No window in our room. would have enjoyed a window.
