PLUS:
Great location close to city center and port.
Good air conditioning.
Big enough fridge.
Terrace on the top of the building for our own use, with patio chairs and table.
Clean swimming pool.
Fair Wi-Fi.
Older cleaning lady very kind, as well as male receptionist, which help us with taxi :)
MINUS:
Room inventory very old and not cleaned enough.
Pipe to the sink broke up totally in one day, but it was fixed the next day.
Female receptionist not so nice, maybe lack of good english.
No lift and our room on 4th floor, but terrace was worth it to climb every day.

The pool
Dirty, smelly, cleaning staff yelling at the lovely couple who look after food and drinks
A Make up my room is a new towel..
The microwave was next to the kitchen sink and the drying rack on top of the microwave. No plug for the sink and no ironing board
