The onsite restaurant was good. It was on the beach. There was always a parking space. The condo was spacious as shown in the photos.

Check in was confusing at best. Had to purchase parking at the valet then ALL OF US had to go inside the business office to have wrist straps put on (not good if you are going to get a tan BTW), get the parking pass, and pay the resort fee (which we did not use). Pool closes at sundown (which we did not use partially due to no chairs available). Office hours are from 9-5 and you need to return your parking pass to get your deposit back. Our plane left very early on the last day, so had to return the pass the afternoon before which meant we could not go anywhere for the last night we were there because we could not get back into the parking lot. Elevators had a 5 person maximum, for what, I do not have a clue? The weight limit for elevator is 2000lbs! I guess there are many heavy people that visit? Could not put any luggage or chairs in the standard elevator, needed to use the service elevator. Traffic noise was horrible in the condo. The mattresses were way too firm for our liking. The pillows were beat to death. The AC was either off or full blast. When it was on, it was very noisy. Needed to take out your own garbage at the end of the stay.

A very nice, clean and spacious apartment in the Tides complex, that is very well kept and offers a wide range of services: gym, minimarket, 2 large pools, valet parking, laundry, office facilities etc. The property is right at the beach. Apartment is well equipped and includes beach chairs etc.

Great location, nice size place, comfortable beds, nice city view, great price.

Low water pressure in the showers. Weird sign in the room that said there was a device in the apartment that detected the volume in the room (creepy) and if you were over a certain volume after 10pm that it would charge you a noise fee. My fiancé and I have voices that naturally carry a bit, so it made us feel like if we wanted to have a conversation late at night, our elementary school teacher was going to come knock on the door and present us with a list of violation fees! And god forbid if we wanted to be intimate on our romantic vacation AFTER 10pm - we would be fined and possibly voice RECORDED?? That dried me up like the Sahara desert and threw our whole intimate vibe out the window. Also when you check in they make you go thru a separate entrance in the back and use a separate elevator with your luggage, it just gave me pre-equal rights southern segregation vibes??? It made me uncomfortable .

We love the apartment; it was clean and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.

We didn't like that the admin. office opens at 9am. We had an early flight, so we had to check-out by 8am and could not return the keys to the office to get our refund, however, we left them in the apartment.

Everything. I have stayed in this unit 5x already….in the building 8x. Clean/ close to everything. Great pool / beach.

The apartment had a lot of space.

It was fruit flies in the shower.

Clean, spacious unit with nice heated pool & easy beach access.

Host communications regarding checkout could be improved. We lost our deposit as a result.

Location is great, apartment is clean and had all we needed for 2 nights. Communication with Irene was fast and pleasant. The apartment was ready to check in at 12:15pm, what was really nice.

Check-in and check-out process was a struggle to me. Although the experience with the apartment was great, I had to go to the office 3 times and wait in a long line. Besides that, one of the ladies who assist me was extremely rude. This would make me think twice about booking it again.
