The hot springs was the reason we booked this hotel, and they were worth it. The room was very comfortable and well maintained.
The staff were hit and miss, particularly for the breakfast service.
The hotel is expensive and if you are not using the hot springs, you could find better value elsewhere.

This is our 3rd year coming for Labor day and it is by far the most favorite tradition we have started.

The aircond is low temperature set point is 65F. No ability to run aircond fan, the aircon cuts in on thermostat but the room becomes very hot and stuffy.
