Cambria Hotel Nashville Downtown

The valet when when we were leaving was great. he was a young man who was very attentive and offered to take our bags and pull our car around so we could get coffee. and he then asked what coffee shop we were planning to go to and he immediately gave us great directions because it was located within a restaurant within a hotel. the hotel is obviously a great location to Bridgestone and why we stayed.

valet arriving was awful. zero sense of urgency. concierges seemed clueless and asked me to pay after I already had and I had to pint that out to her. she seemed new and had trouble printing my receipt and the concierge next to her just watched her struggle. We asked for more towels and it took nearly two hours to receive them, and by the time we received them it was nearly check out time so we didn't need them. we couldn't listen to music in the room because the mirror bluetooth wouldn't work and wifi wasn't great either. only being able to stream through chrome cast on the tv was a bummer because like I said the "amenities" were not working. and the lighting in the room was absolutely non existent. The only decent lighting was the bathroom.

Had the best experience! The staff were so attentive and welcoming and had a great experience from start to finish. Very spacious and clean room and was in the most perfect location to Broadway! Will definitely stay again!
