The location, the view was great.

The furniture is dirty. The beds were a little hard. Rug is dingy from needing cleaned. Furniture needs to be replaced.

oceanfront and it had an elevator

we were on second floor and the people upstairs were very noisy. it sounded like their child was jumping off the bed.

There wasn't anything about this place that we didn't like.

Quite place with a family friendly atmosphere. Great beach access that is not terribly crowded. Unit was actively trying to update the space which was appreciated.

The beds are terribly uncomfortable and it appeared as though the unit was trying to complete so updating but wasn't complete.

Likes the fact it was right on the beach.

The plug in outlet wasn’t working in the bedroom reported it just didn’t want to be bothered during my stay. The building needs to have the name on it. Had a hard time getting the wash machine to work.

Balcony door almost fell apart, plaster falling off ceiling, electrical issues in master bath, very dirty chair, couch cushions peeling, no key to laundry room upon arrival, construction noise all day
