Nothing special , it’s a old

The condo smelled bad upon arrived. Located source of odor as the garbage disposal. The cabinets where dirty. The pots and pans as well as the drinking glasses were dirty. Some of the blankets had a bad smell. My friend ended up sleeping without using any of the linens in the house because she was so disgusted. Our four children, ages 7, 9, 11 and 12 learned what pot smells like because the neighbors were users. Every so often, the kids would shout, "I smell weed!!" They thought it was great fun. We paid for two nights and left after one. We asked if the clubhouse would be available and we received a reply suggesting that the owner didn't know for sure. Since the clubhouse had been closed since the beginning of COVID, I am 100% certain they knew it was close. Four kids all planning to swim and use the game room were crushed. Crushed again when no instructions were found for using the television. Both adults tried to turn on the television with no luck. Whew...I will stop there but I could go on.

The location and size were fune.

It was dirty. The toilet handle came. The pull out sofa bed was full of crumbs and trash and didn’t work well. Pictures posted were very misleading. It was a surprise birthday😡

Great price, clean and comfortable. Responded quickly to the bat issue.

The second night there where 4 bats. I know they are important to our eco system but i didnt want to share a room with them
