We actually used to live next to this property before we stayed in it. They have done the most amazing things to this hotel and it is amazing! I’m telling you this was one of the greatest hotel stays ever. The rooms are gorgeous and they have so much thought to your needs from the plantation shutters to the roomie shower. It is gorgeous and so peaceful. Wow.
Nothing. There was not one thing in the world that we did not like about this property and that saying a lot because we are road warrior.

The place is really nice and clean.
Breakfast… I never thought I would say that the breakfast that was provided before was better than the one being provided now. Basically, it’s the same breakfast, but with no options for drinks, bread, and food.
We had to wait 20 minutes, with the restaurant practically empty, just to receive a glass of water. The potatoes were cold and burnt, which was very strange for a meal that is supposed to be prepared fresh in the morning.

Had originally booked my stay with motel 6. but my dog passed away that day so i arrived at 1:30Am to a note on the office door stating office closed until 5:30Am, sorry for any inconvenience. I called booking.com to report problem, after an hour they changed my booking to palm garden, when i got to Palm garden 3Am, they told me I couldn't check in until 3Pm! I needed a shower badly as it was mother's day and I was to meet my son for brunch. Needless to say i missed brunch with my son on mother's day due to not being able to check in and get a shower! Very disappointed with the whole experience!
