The variety of breakfast foods was very good snd very fresh. It was very crowded and the staff was quick to direct us to the boardroom. Very accommodating.

Lack of daily house keeping ie making of the beds, fresh towels, after all people who either are on a vacation or business stay would like to come back to their rooms all refreshed. Prices have gone up but this kind of service is non existent.

Location OK, clean, breakfast fine.

Front desk check in. The slowest I've ever experienced, was kept waiting too long. Customer service sure wasn't practiced here.

The pool and hot tub, free breakfast and parking. Friendly staff.

Our room wasn't ready on time but we checked out a bit later to compromise. Not the most scenic location but good for a night or two, Starbucks and burrito place next door.

Unfortunately there was an issue with too much chlorine in the hot tub.

Two queen beds, well appointed room and bathroom. Clean. Had everything we needed. Excellent breakfast. Excellent variety of food choices. LOVED the DIY pancake conveyor machine - much more sanitary and safer than old flip waffle irons. Well set up and clean. Choice of paper plates to go or regular plates and utensils to stay in the bright and spacious eating area.

One more bath towel for the room (eg. two per person - I have long hair). Husband showers at night and in morning.

The room was so comfortable. Staff were amazing last night and this morning. Love the bed and pillows. So close to everything. Had little toy chick's hiding in the room that made me laugh. I'm sure another guest planned them there and housekeeping never found them.

Water pressure was very low in the shower. Had a late checkout but couldn't sleep in a could hear knocking and then "HOUSEKEEPING" over and over again....constantly.

Staff were very juice and cleaning lady. Nice breakfast , clean modern room, the pool and hot tub were clean. I would definitely use again.

Front of house staff were exceptionally rude. The hotel downgraded our room because they overbooked but would not adjust the price. They ran out of breakfast items every day. No bacon, no eggs, no butter for toast, an hour into breakfast and no more being brought out. Overall, very poor value for amount charged. $750 for 3 nights, 2 adults and 1 child, for basic room, little access to amenities and rude desk staff. Much better or equivalent options in the same area for a much more reasonable price. Ground floor rooms infested with ants.

We loved the staff. The building was absolutely spotless. I have never stayed in a hotel that was this clean before. I have done house keeping for years so I tend to be very strict with cleaning.

The beds in our rooms were pretty lumpy. Not very comfortable. Front desk should definitely get there hands on some Rolaids or tums for there little concession.
