Lugar estratégico, está cerca de muchos lugares de interés, el personal súper amable y dispuesto a ayudar en lo que se les solicitaba

La limpieza la realizan en las habitaciones bajo petición del huésped y en una ocasión no llegaron a realizarla a pesar de haberla solicitado, incluso nos dejaron sin papel higiénico, sin embargo el personal de recepción nos lo proporcionó a pesar de la hora en que lo solicitamos. Otra cosa que nos incomodó es que es un hotel de 17 pisos y solo había un ascensor en buen estado por lo que tardábamos mucho en bajar o subir a la habitación.

Honestly, this was just a place to sleep before heading to Burbank airport. This place punches above its weight class. Super friendly front desk staff, large rooms, great location, comfortable bed. Better than it needs to be.

The pool area was nice. The room was spacious. The shower was clean and well stocked.

Cute lobby. I liked that they had a café and a bar on the property. Walking distance to many restaurants.

I didn't like that I had to pay $22 a night for parking.

airport pick-up. great location to stay with out a car. restaurants nearby

needed bottled water for cpap machine. a medical device . front desk clerk was not helpful. said no the many bottles of water sitting on the counter were for other guests. the day before another clerk was very helpful and brought water to our room.

Prisa was the only nice part about our stay. There were lots of stores and restaurants nearby.

Hotel was flippin cold! Our room smelled. Mold in the bathroom. Half the channels on the t.v. had no sound!!! Had to use room key cards multiple times to work.
