Everything but the street noise but no worries I brought ear plugs

The amenities. It was fully stocked with anything I could have needed. It was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive.
The pillows sucked! Entirely too soft. Even with two underneath my head it was just too soft and uncomfortable. Absolutely no support.

1st room smelled of urine. 2nd room had vomit on the floor near the bedside telephone. 3rd room had plumbing issue so shower wouldn't drain.

Easily one of the nicest hotels my wife of 35 years and I have ever stayed in.
You need a PhD to operate the shower.

It was just alright.
The window didn't have a cover that worked. Could not close the shades some of the lights didn't work in the room. Was very disappointed with the staff when I went down to the desks to report the situation.

bed was super comfortable. shower had good water pressure. location was convenient
I was in a room on the first floor. VERY noisy all night. lots of hallway noise. also the entire floor smelled like pot.

Staff was super friendly, our room was beautiful and super clean. The large refrigerator and dishes/silverware in the room, the nice microwave, and dishwasher were fantastic to have. The bed was comfy and the water pressure in the tub/shower was great!

rooms seemed smaller, was this a rebranded property. shampoo and shower gel empty. we asked for a room with a tub but there was no drain plug.

The staff here are always lovely and it's a convenient location in King of Prussia with spacious rooms
Rooms on Turnpike side can be loud and room cleanliness could have been a bit better

Location is good and convenient to conference locations.
There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. I waited close to 15 minutes. Knocked on the door behind the front desk and even pushed it open...no-one. There was another employee in the breakfast area who was on break. I had to ask her if she could help me check in. She apologized mentioning she didn't know where the other worker went. She did check me in. The first room I got had an air conditioner making all sorts of racket. So I went back downstairs to request another room. Again, nobody at the front desk and no-where to be found. Another 15 minutes and the same girl who helped me before showed up. She again apologized and found me another room.
