Dockside Guest Quarters

The location was idyllic with peaceful panoramic views. Our balcony had a sea view as promised. The breakfast was sumptuous with something for everyone, from bacon to bagels, fruit to muffins. The coffee was delicious, the staff was friendly and accommodating. The king size bed was comfortable. The inn has made an effort to provide multiple outlets for the many rechargeable items that travelers carry, from smartwatches to hearing aids. The room had a refrigerator which was a plus. The onsite restaurant was excellent, the best food we'd had in a long time in a restaurant.

The outlets in the bathroom wouldn't work unless the bathroom light was switched on, so we couldn't use the outlets for nighttime charging. The television in the room was small, and wi-fi often didn't work well. A coffee maker in the room would have been nice. I was also disappointed that the Dockside Restaurant was not open on Wednesdays.

Beautiful location

A bit pricey but not ridiculous

Location was wonderful - beautiful location at the harbor but off the beaten path so quiet and peaceful. Landscaping and grounds were well tended and pleasant

A little expensive but in line with the going rate for the area

Great Location with amazing view of York Harbor. Plenty of open space between the different guest units. Nothing fancy but everything was great and room was comfortable. Seeing the Sun coming up every morning from your bedroom, Amazing.
