Great little hotel that has been refurbished with new furnishings and new baths. There are outdoor tables with gazebo's at every room. They provide a great complimentary breakfast with assorted pastries, panacakes, oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, juices and coffee in a beautiful building. There is a nice pool to enjoy on hot days after the beach. This is a family run business and they really care about their guests.

The rooms were clean and updated. The breakfast area was well stocked and beautifully decorated. I really liked that we had a little outdoor space in front of our room as well. The staff was amazing start to finish and made sure we had everything we needed and then some. I cannot recommend the Cape Cod Veranda enough!

Everything was adorable! My dog loved the dog park. The breakfast area was so cute. It’s an old motel that has been turned in to a nice place. I would absolutely recommend to anyone!

very clean. the room was freshly painted and looked like new flooring. nice “beach” decor like shiplap and beadboard on walls. the structure was “olde cape cod” (eaves, shape of bathroom, closet etc) but the owners have done an exceptional job at bringing decor into the 21 century. huge standup shower, nicely tiled. very comfortable beds. each room has mini split so temp control easy for personal tastes. did not participate in breakfast option but was offered by owner. room smelled great when first walked in-always a good sign, and it wasn’t a “cover up” scent. just clean and fresh. tucked away right on route 28. heard no traffic at all.

The service from check in and beyond was excellant.. The staff is very accommodating and the room was extremely clean.

The only thing that the room could use is a microwave.

Our rooms were very nice and clean! Check in and out was a breeze. The nice lady that ran Cape Cod Veranda brought us our breakfast to the room, as there weren't many guests. She brought everything on a tray, and it was delightful. It was the end of the season. Bathroom and the shower were very nice. She even gave us directions and told us the bewst places to go! She was exceptionally lovely.

We liked everything and there is nothing negative to report.

We love this hotel. The owners are incredibly welcoming and the rooms are cozy and feel like home. The whole property is exceptional.
