La struttura si trova vicino al villaggio medievale di St Cézaire sur Siagne.
Dispone di una grande piscina con troppopieno trattata con sale e circondata da un giardino di 2100 metri con 58 ulivi e alberi da frutto.
Avere una visita panoramica di Cannes e delle Isole.
La casa in pietra con le sue ampie mura mantiene sempre una temperatura fresca all'interno ed è stata rinnovata due anni fa.
Piano terra: con una camera da letto e la sua doccia privata oltre al soggiorno. Cucina, sala da pranzo e WC separato.
Al primo piano: troverete 4 camere da letto e 2 bagni. Uno con vasca idromassaggio e doccia. La sua situazione a sud ti assicura il sole dalla mattina presto fino a sera e una grande terrazza coperta per beneficiare tutto il giorno e di fronte alla piscina con un grande barbecue a gas.
Nel villaggio di St Cézaire: troverete 3 fornai, macellai e un supermercato, farmacia, ristoranti, libreria, tabacco, medico, dentista e un mercato biologico una volta alla settimana.

We've rented many villas in France over the years and the outside space with this one is the best we've ever had. The pool is large and has distant views down to the sea at Cannes. It's unheated, so a little bracing on entry (first week of September), but lovely once you're in. There's a large paved area with a table tennis table and lots of sunbeds. We spent a lot of time under the large veranda along the back of the villa, with comfortable seating and two dining tables. There are neighbouring villas, but the grounds are not overlooked at all and we liked the fact that we weren't disturbed by people coming to water the plants (there's an irrigation system) and clean the pool (there's a robot that does it!) as we have been some years.The interior of the villa is comfortable and the decoration quirky with many paintings and artefacts from overseas travels. Upstairs are three bedrooms, one very large full bathroom and one en-suite shower room (no toilet). There is a fourth bedroom downstairs and a separate toilet. This layout was fine for our family of four.It's about a 10 minute walk to the centre of St Cezaire which is a lovely village with some shops, an excellent supermarket and several places to eat - our favourite was Cafe Lions.We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Villa Alexandra.

Everything was perfect! Very nice house, gorgeous swimming pool, amzing views. And very close to the village (walkable distance) where we could find everything we needed!

Weatherwise our week was not great but that was more than compensated for by our enjoyable family holiday in this lovely house. Everything was as described, the house spotless and well equipped, the pool very clean, warm(ish) with a fantastic view over the hillsides towards Cannes. The hosts, Robert and Christine were extremely welcoming and delightfully attentive. I would wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation and our family would love to return at some point when hopefully we will get a normal week of sunshine.

Our 6 week vacation in the villa Alexandra was gorgeous. Every day. The property, the great house, the big pool, the location with a great view of Cannes, in the daytime and in the evening. Also the helpfulness of the owner was great. We thank you very much. Everything was absolutely perfect!
