Perfect location and very friendly staff
Cable TV was not working, but it was due to the change of the operator. They offered us to change the room but it was normt significant.

Great location.
Smoking is allowed in the hotel lobby. When I entered the hotel appoaching the reception there was a cloud of smoke. It should not be the case in four star hotel. Due to probably bad ventilation system I could smell smoke even in my room on the third floor.
Towels are dirty. There are a lot of old stains all over them. Probably they have been washed on inappropriate (low) temperature.
Firts day of the meeting we were freezing in the conference room since heating system was not activated some time before the meeting has started.

Everything was exceptional. Wonderful hotel, great room..... comfortable, clean. Very high quality, nice vibe. I wish I could have stayed longer. Great hotel in a surprisingly lovely city

Nice room, excellent breakfast and very polite staff. The location is perfect for Trebinje. The aesthetic of the hotel is very nice.

Excellent hotel, clean, good selection for breakfast. Staff is polite. Central location. Small parking which if occupied is solved by parking a car in the zone and they provide zone ticket for the free parking.
