Comfortable bed. Wonderful shower with "Dove" products. Refrigerator and kitchen if we wanted to cook. Location was close to shopping and for visiting my brother.
Staff knocked on our door at 8 AM and 10 AM. Checkout was 11 AM. I don't remember seeing a "Do not disturb" sign to hang on the door.

Large comfortable room. Nice little recliner to relax in.
Walls might be a bit thin. It was obvious there was a dog in the next room because it could be heard very well when it would bark.

Still do not make beds if you stay mutiple night.
We had to bring out dirty towels down to front desk to get more clean towels.

The facility and room wre clean and of a nice design Location was convenient and near area dining shopping.
Our bathroom had no exhaust fan so the mirror fogs up and the glass shower door has only one sliding door on the opposite end from the faucet so you need to get into the tub to turn the water on and adjust the temperature.

the mattress was terrible there was only one fork the shower was weak and there was no bar soap only pump bottles

Clean facility, great location.
The shower spout is on the side of the shower where the door is glued and won’t open so when you turn on the shower, you get soaked in cold water. There’s no way not to get wet. Also, check out is 11:00 and housekeeping knocked on my door well before that time to clean the room. Unless a person has checked out, it seems unprofessional to knock prior to that time.

I was unable to make my reservation due to Covid. The hotel’s customer service was so extremely poor and they’re lack of empathy. They charged the full amount of the room , $189. in my opinion they are nothing but crooks! I will never stay at this chain of hotel even.

The facility was clean and new but the set up in the room and bathroom wasnt good.
The shower set up. There was no way to turn on the shower without getting a blast of cold water. Not enough towels
