Location was very good. Walkable to many things in the downtown area. The bed was very comfortable and the room was a decent size. Starbucks coffee on site.
Our shower pressure was not very good at all. The water temperature would also only get to a very warm temperature. I like a nice HOT shower and it certainly wasn’t.

Location
Breakfast those included with our reservation. Was confusing and no one really knew what we could get and it took forever to order. The entire bistro itself was very slow.

Modern look. Cool couch in the room. Super friendly staff upon checkin.
Super rude staff in the morning. Woman at desk was reading a paper and acted like I was bothering her when I tried to ask a question. Requested an hour extra in the room since my partner wasn’t feeling good. She came across like a robot stating that was for members only. It made me hate the world we live in. Elevators were broken. Kids were running around everywhere. Room was hot despite trying to turn the AC down all the way. For $200 including tax it was not worth it. Plus South Bend and Indiana are just plain weird.
