Great location, near downtown Antwerp.

My trip was a short one, only one night at this hotel. Because of that I didn't expect much and I was totally OK with my stay. I found the room and bathroom clean enough, was provided with several towels which I always appreciate. My sleep is OK and I don't mind a bit of noise. Slept OK. The place is definitely conveniently situated, close to the train station and close to city centre. That was the most important to me.

For such a short stay, I don't have anything to mention.

This unassuming hotel turned out to be perfect for my three-night stay. The room and bathroom were modern and well-designed. The buffet breakfast was excellent and had a good choice of fresh fruit. The location was walkable from the central station and well-located for local public transport. Good tip: if arriving by train, visit the tourist office at the station for a map and information. I would definitely use this hotel again.

There was a power socket in the wall which was taped together and evidently in need of renewal, but fortunately I didn't have to use it.

Very worn out facilities, bad smell of smoking in the room and very uncomfortable bed

The location is really good, because it is close to the train station, and is close to the main things that you need to know in the city.

I think that the cleaning of the floor could be improved or the walls.

The breakfast was good.

I ask for ros petals on the bed for my boyfriend.

It was in the city centre

The shower was broken and therefore only had really hot water coming out. One pillow was really hard the other could barely be called a pillow. There also weren't any extra pillows to use.

No hot water, but that can happen. Would've appreciated a message earlier on the day to decide if we wanted to stay somewhere else. (We were given that option but we were on a schedule and didnt have the time to walk around to find another place)

The room filled the most important qualities for me: clean, comfortable bed, and quiet at night. Friendly reception as well.

Smallish window and not much light.

The location is good, 10 min walk from the central station.

The Wifi barely worked in the room, bed sheets had blood stains on.

it’s not a five star hotel but should be better maintained plus during the winter heating should be on in every room :(

Position, really close to the center of the city, walk distance for restaurants, shopping and turistic attraction. The room was small, but we slept very well in the beds, bathroom also very clean and comfortable! The price however was high.

The parking was 25€ per day, we only stayed one night, however is free on the streets if you are in Antwerp on Sundays, so no worth to pay the parking.

Nice and confortable room, it was a bit noise on the corridor but in this case the problem was people not the room itself. I would recommend it anyway.
