Fantastic location if you are looking for a centric location, and the quality is more than ok: clean, big rooms. Can't complain.

Breakfast is at the basement of the building. Since there are no windows this has been decorated with brilliant colours to make of this place a brighter room. I find the result demerits the rest of the hotel. I missed a desk or even a chair to put my things in the room. The room was very spacious but the bed and two table-beds were the only furniture available.

Muy caro, la cama y las almohadas incómodas, las cortinas no son opacas por lo que entra la luz del sol, se cayó un listón del techo del baño

The state of the room, ran out of towels so had to use hand towels instead. Power went off so had to have a cold breakfast one day & then next morning they ran out of food.

Estaba limpio. Esta bien para una noche. No es para plan romántico.

Muy bulloso. Las habitaciones son muy pequeñas. Me parece costoso para lo que es pero es Barcelona así que supongo que es normal.

Great location, close to many touristic attractions.

The man who checked us in at the front desk was very sullen and unfriendly. There wasn't even a table or chair to put our belongings in the hotel lobby or in the room. Windows are not soundproof. Due to the hotel's central location, all noise and horn sounds can be heard from the room at night. Wifi was very bad. We had to use our own internet during our stay. Our room access card suddenly stopped working. We reported it to the lobby and it was fixed but the reason was never explained to us.

Zentraler gelegen und besser an das ÖPNV Netz angebunden geht es nicht. Das Frühstück war inbegriffen und richtig gut mit einem richtig guten Kaffee. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Für den Preis kriegt man sicherlich nichts besseres in dieser Gegend.

Es ist ein 2-Sterne Hotel also nicht für besondere Anlässe etc. geeignet. Mein Aufenthalt war geschäftlich also für mich völlig ausreichend. Das Einzige was mich etwas genervt hat, ist dass es an der Rezeption keine Leihregenschirme gab. Man reist ja schließlich nicht nach Barcelona mit einem Regenschirm. Es müssen ja keine teure Regenschirme sein. So ein billig 5€ Ding hätte es auch getan. Oder ein 1€ Poncho. Ich hätte es ja auch sehr gerne bezahlt. Man geht halt dann im doofen Fall im Regen erstmal raus, um einen Straßenhändler zu finden. Draußen auf der Fassade steht ein anderer Name ("Cityparkhotel Pelai") und ich hab bei der Ankunft wie verrückt vergeblich nach "ITC Barcelona by Soho Boutique" gesucht. Steht nirgends. Verwirrend, Ein Schild wäre nicht verkehrt.
