The location was actually nice and convenient... it was just a little further than I would have preferred to my working location for that week. But, it was also a relaxing drive. The room was more space than I needed, but with the kitchen and living quarters were well used to help with my work.

Nothing... it was a good trip. The rest is jokes... If someone was in the room to maybe cook for me, it would have made the trip PERFECT.

The property was nice and clean and the the staff where really helpful.

I would like them to come to clean sometime throughout the stay

The room looked nice and a good location.

The master bed was hard. The noise made it very hard for my toddlers and myself to sleep. You can hear every door slam shut and people banging upstairs. We ended up staying somewhere else, the last of our stay because we didn’t get sleep.

There was no issue with the property, but the lady at the front desk basically double charged us for the room. I paid through this site when I made the reservation. When we got to the hotel my husband gave her his card while I ran to use the restroom for the deposit. Once we got to the room he said he had to pay for the room. So we went back to the front desk and although I had proof that I had paid for the room already she still tried to argue that I hadn't. Then she stated "ohh there's always a problem with stupid booking it said balance due $0 so I thought that meant you hadn't paid" although my husband and I both caught the stupidity in that statement we didn't say anything. She did the refund (which still hasn't come back yet) and acted like it was no big deal. But it was because the next day we had to be hungry all day (literally from 9am to 8:30 pm with our 2 year old son thank God we had his snacks)at my daughters cheer competition because we both had cash and they only accepted card in which his debit card was now overdrawn from her carless mistake.

Property incorrectly described . THIS WAS NOT A VILLA ,,! It was a one bedroom apartment on the third floor.

The staff was friendly and very accommodating. We were able to check in very early, and check out late. 😀 It was a clean and relaxing atmosphere. Two beds/two baths ,full kitchen, washer/dryer, TVs in every room, dining room/living room with a balcony. BBQ grills available for use. Great for a family vacay. The activities center is nice. The pools and hot rubs are great! My family loved the mini golf- it is a very nice course. It is very close to shops, Wal-Mart, and restaurants. The hospitality is awesome!

Amazing stay. The room was spacious and very clean. The beds were VERY comfy! The pool was warm, clean and a great size. I loved the relaxing environment. This was such a great place to stay with kids. We really enjoyed the mini golf and activity center. Also, management was so kind and even gave my daughter free ice cream.

a/c was only blowing cool in the late evening kitchen floor was dirty carpets need to be shampooed. need more lighting in the back. was a little bit scared

We did not like the hard sell for buying a time share. We were told we were going on a golf cart ride to see the property but all we got was a ride to a building to try and sell us a time share

Room was nice size and plenty of space to move around

First, I was charged more than quoted. Second, the walls are VERY thin. I could hear everything going on in the next room. I felt like I was part of their conversation the whole time I was there. I could smell everything they cooked. And omg when it came time to put the dishes away. SO VERY LOUD. And the people above me? The noise was non stop. I requested a top floor room when I made the reservation which could not be accommodated at time of check in. I ended up on the 2nd floor. The occupants above me were constantly stomping on the floor, moving furniture around, running back & forth across the rooms for hours. I called to complain but "quiet hours" are from 10pm to 9am. It always started at 6am & continued until I left for the day. Thankfully I wasn't wanting to stay in the room & have some quiet time because that would have been impossible. I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this property. It's really sad because I loved the layout of the room. You would think that they would build these places with a more soundproof construction, but I guess that is not a priority. I do not plan to stay at this property again. They also need to do better at making sure the needs of their customers are being met instead of just blowing it off and pretending it's not an issue.
