Very good

The location in front of the port is very convenient. The bedroom was spacious and comfortable Two of the three restaurants were very good, the Gettoan was delicious.

very nice facility with helpful staff and new building.

i stayed in the new building. it was very nice and comfortable. similar to a Tokyo nice hotel. water view. perfect location to the port.

You get what you pay, a bit better. Would stay here again

The location was perfect. It was close to the city center and had lots of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.

The room smelled a bit. We tried to open the windows but it didn’t work. Also the tub didn’t hold water.

Great place to stay if you want to go island hopping.

location being opposite the port an in the town. ‘Welcome’ drink which goes from 2:00-8:00. If you ask not to have your room made up they give you a ¥1.500 voucher to use in their restaurants.

We saved up our vouchers to get a sushi take out. Although they did it for us on our last stay, they refused to do takeout this time. No explanation why.

wonderful location and efficient management

I was offered to exchange one day of cleaning for a hotel restaurant voucher. At the end the voucher never came and both days' cleaning was skipped. It wasn't critical, but a little bit of discomfort and disappointment at the end of the stay. It could be an English miscommunication with the staff.

Very comfortable, clean and convenient

Free juice in the lobby and free coffee in the restaurant area were nice touches. Overall really clean and good value.

Relaxing & convenient to everything we wanted to do during our stay.

Great location right across from the ferry port.

Location is good

The best thing about this hotel is the location. It is right next to the bus terminal and in front of the ferry terminal as well. There may be some new rooms but ours was quite dated and I bet it used to be a smoking room a few years ago. Recommend it purely for the location.

I booked it for the location and the pool, but the pool was quite disappointing, it needed more cleaning and maintenance. The onsen was also all indoors and not memorable.

Nice Location with reasonable price.

Location is good. It is located at harbour and close to city center. Wide choice for food range from bar to japanese food.

They dont have free parking. It is 100JPY/hr. For people who travel with car may sounds not good. Kids playground is very dirty.

Great location and staff. The tour desk has pretty much all the excursions you need for your stay

Super helpful staff, especially Imai san who went above and beyond to help make restaurant and tour reservations prior to my arrival.

Convenient port side hotel

Right next to both the port and bus terminal, very centrally located in downtown Ishigaki and near to many local restaurants and bars.

There are cheaper options around
