Two Tails Hotel Taipei

We have stayed at this hotel one month and will be here for few more days. All the staff are very friendly and helpful which makes our stay very comfortable. The front desk, Mr. Tim Chen, has picked a quiet room for us since we are light sleeper. Also he tried his best to accommodate our needs and special request. The servers in the restaurant, such as Tim Wu and Freya, recommend good dishes so we enjoyed the meals very much! In addition, chef, 雨農 & 小瑋 has accepted our special request to make the soup no spicy for us. Last but not the least, the room service staff work very hard, especially Nadi.

Everything!

That I had to leave so soon.

Accomodation is located in the same building like subway station entrance and a shopping mall making it very convenient for transportation or some little shopping. Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean and the staff was just wonderful. Always trying to help us out with a smile. The breakfast was served in a la carte way and even though the breakfast was officially till 10, no-one kicked us out and let us finish our coffee in peace.

Breakfast can be challenging for non-asian stomach since even though it's delicious, for us the options were a bit heavy for breakfast. It would be nice to have some more lighter options (like toast, salad etc). The walls were a little bit thinner than we would like, but usually it wasn't an issue. And there was a mysterious food smell in the hallways always. The location is a bit further from the centre and we struggled with finding restaurants in the area outside of the shopping mall.
