Assolutamente tutto! Grazie davvero a Patrizia!

Nulla, tutto stupendo!

Struttura davvero carina, ben tenuta e manutenuta. Pulita. Piscina molto bella, pulita quotidianamente.

It was in a good location - close to the city and the beach. The beds were comfortable.

The way it is structured - you have people right next to you and their table where they can sit and drink their coffee in the morning and talk is just outside your door. Practically 2 meters away from your bed, separated by thin wall. The other guests were quite loud at that so you are at the mercy of common sense and decency of others to not shout while talking … turns out the quiet hours are from 22:00 until 07:00 - for a place to generally relax that’s a no-go. You will be awaken early so during your vacation if you go to sleep later to enjoy the evening the loud inconsiderate guests outside will wake you up at 8 am. The breakfast - the eggs were poorly cooked, you can’t take anything out not even an apple that you are eating while moving. Not to mention a mouse came out of the kitchen. Now I do understand we are in the countryside but mice in the kitchen are unacceptable. It may be one by accident or maybe not, but a fact is a fact. And I did not appreciate the staff trying to explain that I did not see correctly and that it came out from outside… I did get one apology in the end but that was all. The pool was quite cold so practically it was just for views. Lastly - the checkout policy was not flexible again - you are on vacation yet you have to wake up early and free everything as you are on the frontlines since 10am is the absolute latest.
