Gold Suite, fabulous apartment in Santa Maria Novella square
The building offers the possibility to choose between different types of apartments in addition to these, and also allows customers to combine multiple solutions if families or larger groups wish to stay together in the same building.
Gold Suite is a 150 sq meter apartment located on the first floor. The apartment has 3 bedrooms ( the 3°bedroom in "open" and in the mezzanine of the apartment) and 2 bathrooms and is situated on two floors. From the main entrance on the left there is the first bathroom with shower. The walls of the bathroom are covered by a wonderful Venice “stucco” as well as the shower. Continuing we find ourselves in the living room with a wonderful pink marble dining table for 6, sofa, arm chair and Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen (oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher) is opposite to the sofa. On the same level we find the bright double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The walls of the bathroom are covered by a wonderful Venice “stucco” as well as the shower. From the living room, going up around 10 steps, we reach the second double bedroom. This bedroom is an open room overlooking the first bedroom, the opening can be closed by a curtain.
Going up 3 more steps you are in the open mezzanine bedroom, overlooking the living room, here you find the 3rd bed
Finally, Gold Suite has been recently renovated with taste and style, using soft, neutral colors that blend perfectly with paneled frescoed ceilings.
The apartment has a washing machine and a dryer machine shared with another apartment (Crystal Suite)
In the apartment there is a very useful closet.
Free Service: baby cot, highchair, baby eating set.
Changeover day
We do our best to accommodate individual guests needs in terms of changeover day.
Check in time: by arrangement with the owner, from 3 pm to 8 pm.
Check out time: by arrangement with the owner, by 10 am.
In case of late arrival, from 8 pm to 10 pm 30 eur fee, after 10 pm a 50 Euro fee will be applied
Outside
There is a garage (special rate) located just 100 metres from the property, ideal for those wanting to hire a car during their stay.
All the monuments are just within few minutes walking away.
At few metres from the flat you have refine shops, grocery, bakery...theatre, traditional florentine restaurants, fashion bars, cafes etc…

Our family of 6 stayed here and would absolutely stay again. The space is charming and contemporary and in a fantastic location - the view of Santa Maria Novella was striking from the living room window and it’s just a few minutes from the train station. Our host was excellent and communicated very well. Highly recommend!

The host was very communicative and quick to reply. The suite was clean and location was fantastic, walkable to everything in 10 to 15 minutes. We stayed as a family of 5 (3 teenagers) and there was lots of room. We did not mind that the 3 bedrooms were only divided by curtains but we went in knowing that. There was some street noise but we also went in knowing this.Florence is a beautiful city and we would not hesitate to stay here again.

Was in a great location ,but bottom bedroom very noisy due to air-conditioning main unit being located in main bedroom also noise outside.Top bedrooms very hot unless air-conditioning units are on which then affects main bedroom downstairs.Otherwise very well equipped.

This place was perfect Great location in Santa Maria Novella Square.walkable to all locations. Great Gelato place right in square 2 minutes away.Owner was terrific-a little hitch with checkin as our train came in late-but otherwise perfect.
