The view from this property is spectacular as is the location. It is central to some wonderful restaurants and bars in Juan Les Pins.
Recommend La Momma about 5 mins walk - it is superb.

The apartment is located in the heart of the Juan-Les-Pins beach area, just across the main street from the beach. Literally hundreds of cozy eateries within walking distance or a short drive. The beach is beautiful white sands and fairly clean for the amount of people using it daily.
The air conditioning, appliances, and lighting worked very well. There is a bedroom and bathroom separated from the rest of the spacious apartment, as well as a very confortable pull-out bed in the living room and a powder room. The drawback was that there were no sheets for the beds in the living room, and pillows were stiff and not comfortable. There is a futon, as well, but we did not use it. Electric roll-down shutters shut out light and some sound for better sleeping. Due to the location, however, there is a lot of street noise all the time.
The large balcony has table and 4 chairs, 2 chaise lounges, and a way to dry laundry. Stunning views! We enjoyed meals out there or just sitting and listening to the water.
The kitchen is fairly well appointed with dishes, utensils, electric kettle, multi-function oven, cooktop (hob), dishwasher, washing machine, and refrigerator/freezer. It is missing a bread knife and other utility knives, making meal prep a bit laborious with only steak/table knives. Being able to do laundry was a big plus, and the sun is so hot the clothes dry easily on the clothes hanger on the balcony.
We would definitely stay again if it is available during another trip.

fantastic place to visit the french riviera. Julie greeted us on arrival. the apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. quick access to the beach and downtown restaurants. definitely recommend if visiting juan les pins.

We enjoyed a great stay here in May 2023. Fantastic views! The apartment is in a great location set back from the beach - 2 mins/100metres walk to either public or private beaches, and plenty of bars, restaurants and shops within 3 minutes walk. Communication with the host was excellent and we were greeted on arrival for keys and instructions. We took the underground parking option - it’s a larger than average apartment block car park, and is strongly recommended if you’re driving as parking can be very difficult in the area.

Hosts were super easy to work with as mentioned before the locations is amazing. Close to beach, shopping, restaurants and a view of the beach front.

Bien mais trop cher
Bel appartement très bien situé mais manque d entretien: installation électrique "fantaisiste " robinetterie quasiment hors d usage et surtout accueil déplorable avec entrée dans l appartement à 16 h 30 au lieu des 14h indiqué
Bref ça ne vaut pas le coût de location

Tres belle vue
Appartement conforme a la description, magnifique vue, au pied des plages et pas loin du train et des commerces. Lits tres confortables. Et tres bonne communication avec la propriétaire et Julie qui gère sur place et est tres reactive au moindre soucis. Nous avons passe de tres bonnes vacances, a refaire 😊

Fantastisk altan
Det bedste ved lejligheden var den store altan, med en fantastisk udsigt.
Når man træder ind i lejligheden, er det som at vende tilbage til 1970'erne. Lejlighedens farver, indretning og slid bære præg at at den er fra 1970'erne og der ikke er gjort det store for at vedligeholde den.
Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret til spisning, men det at lave mad er nærmest umuligt, ingen knive, grydeskeer mv.
Pris og kvalitet hænger ikke helt sammen.

C'est dommage que le store de la terrasse ne fonctionne pas avec une exposition Sud .Les sièges du salon sont très inconfortables et dans la cuisine il manque un vrai Four .

Une vue époustouflante sur la baie de Juan, une vaste terrasse pour en profiter, la plage au pied de l’immeuble, les commerces à deux pas... que demander de mieux ?

Juan les Pins beach front apartment
The apartment looks over the bay with a good sized balcony and is a very short walk to the beach. Shops are immediately nearby and the station is less than 5 minutes walk away.
Internally the apartment is as shown in the photographs. The apartment block is modern with a good lobby. Some of the apartments in the block are being refurbished (at March 2019) by individual owners. The concierge/gardien controls the hours when work can be conducted.

Vue superbe, plage et commerces à pied.
Excellent séjour dans cet appartement parfaitement situé, bénéficiant d’une belle terrasse avec vue exceptionnelle sur la mer. Immeuble de tres bon standing, l’appartement est agréable et fonctionnel mais il mériterait d’etre remis au goût du jour.

la vue depuis l appart est vraiment exceptionnelle, propreté des lieux irréprochable.
Idéalement situé par rapport à la plage et aux commodités, j ai passé avec mon mari et ma fille un excellent séjour, c est un lieu qui donne envie de revenir. Un seul petit bémol, quelques ustensiles de cuisine supplémentaires seraient bienvenus.

Fantastischer Ausblick
Wir haben Ende Juli, Anfang August 2 tolle Wochen in der Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung hat einen fantatischen Ausblick auf das Meer und für uns wichtig, einen Tiefgaragenplatz unten im Haus. Es gibt zwei Klimaanlagen, eine im Wohnzimmer und eine im Schlafzimmer. Die im Schlafzimmer ist ziemlich laut, deshalb hatten wir die dann nachts ausgeschaltet und dafür die Tür zum Wohnzimmer aufgemacht. In das Sofa im Wohnzimmer sinkt man extrem tief ein und kommt dann schlecht wieder hoch aber wir haben es nicht so oft benutzt, da wir uns zu 95% auf dem Balkon aufgehalten haben. Dem würde ein zweiter Liegestuhl gut tun, Platz genug wäre da. Die Eigentümer der Wohnung sind wirklich super nett und waren per Whatsapp oder SMS immer erreichbar. Alles hat super geklappt. Auch die Endreinigung wurde gegen eine Gebühr von den Eigentümern übernommen. Es hat uns insgesamt so gut gefallen das wir evtl. nächstes Jahr wieder kommen werden !!

We stayed at this apartment in June of 2017. It was perfect for our stay! The owner was very easy to work with and quick to respond to any questions. Wonderful location which enabled us to visit many surrounding attractions. We look forward to returning to this location and apartment again in the future.

Outstanding view and location
Comfortable Appartment with an amazing view and balcony. All is close at walking distance, beach, restarutants, pubs. Parking garage perfect in a location where it is difficult to park on the streets. No doubt you will enjoy your stay. Owner is super friendly and supportive. Highly recommend this appartment
