From Start to End everything is perfect. Their staffs are very cooperative, friendly, wonderful behaviours, well mannered, superb service to be honest. Also their room is very large, really clean, well organised. I feel like home to be honest. This hotel is the best hotel I would’ve recommend. Also this hotel will be my permanent address when I’ll travel to Kolkata next time for sure.

The property is centrally located and the location is good.

The breakfast menu can have more varieties. In 4 days of my stay, the food repeated twice. Although very good food, but add variety to the breakfast spread.

Its like a club all night loud music. Couldn’t sleep. Tv doesn’t work.
