Good breakfast good location. Staff was friendly
Good luck finding a hotel in Bosnia where they don’t smoke, but this place was especially bad. Lobby was hazy and entire place permeated with smoke.

The bed was clean and comfortable. And the staff were very friendly. Location is great if you want to stay close to the airport, but it is about a half hour drive to Bas Carsija for anyone that wants to explore a bit of Sarajevo.
It looks like the rooms haven’t been vacuumed in a very long time, and the bathroom could do with a renovation (shower head and ceiling vent were very dirty as well). For just a nights stay we didn’t complain much but I wouldn’t stay here for more than one night.

The price is 60% better like in the city center. The distance from there just 10 minutes with car.

they claim to have airport transport but they don’t. We had to wait for a taxi in the middle of the night with a 2 year old because once i saw their message about airport transfer not being available it was too late to find any other way of transportation. took forever to get a taxi at midnight because we had 5 bags of luggage and no one could accommodate us and it was cold outside.

The hotel is located near the airport and in close driving distance to the city center. There is plenty of parking places and reception is open 24/7. The rooms are a bit of an older type, but everything was functional. Breakfast was rich, with eggs, vegetables, etc.
There is not much in the area, so it is ideal for an overnight stay.

Beware that in Bosnia I experienced smoking in the buildings so you know. No problem för me. Hotel is near airport but little far away from centrum. Taxi 25-35 mints. I arrived late so no restaurant nearby at that time. Not hotel, s fault. Good coffee in the cafe in the hotel.

Breakfast basically you chose from a listed menu and limited. No lifts. Luggage to the 3rd floor can be problem.

Price and the availability of the receptionist on the first night handling with a complain doing everything to solve the situation
Triple room is just a double with a single couch bed that is completely unproper for someone to sleep - it gets completely curved once someone lay down. Breakfast on the first morning was a shame - just empty trays and nothing was added (we were there one hour before the end). No wifi on the first night.
