Un moderno e spazioso al piano terra, due camere da letto che è lussuosamente rifinito da un designer professionista interno, completamente arredato secondo standard elevati e godendo di una grande terrazza soleggiata e giardino privato. A Fort Chambray - una delle zone più esclusive dell'isola di Gozo. Il punto forte di questa proprietà è sicuramente il 50 metri quadrati di terrazza privata con vista sulla principale piscina comunale. Dotato di servizi di ristorazione esterni, sedie a sdraio e gas bar-b-cue, questa terrazza è unico in quanto è l'unico che si affaccia sulla piscina principale che è disponibile per locazione vacanze. Questa struttura è completamente attrezzata con tutti i comfort necessari e lussi moderni. Si compone di due camere da letto matrimoniali, un grande bagno principale, una cucina con tutti gli elettrodomestici (tra cui lavatrice e lavastoviglie), una sala da pranzo, e un comodo salotto con un divano letto in pelle e smart TV (accesso ai canali del Regno Unito possono essere fornite su richiesta). Tutte le camere offrono l'accesso al terrazzo privato e vista.

Very nice appartement, everything you need is there. Even a washing machine, sun umbrellas, grill etc. Wonderful swimming pool and view to the sea. A little bit of heaven I would say.

Impressive location in old fort. Very quiet as hardly anyone around in Feb. Excellent appartment with good heating,lighting. Needs some comfy arm chairs for us older folk as only one settee. Mike not there when we arrived, did not get our text and but arrived around 30minues after we managed to call him. Some issue getting a key but then all ok.
He had to spend some time getting TV to work but then fine. Loved the terrace, we ate breakfast out every day in glorious sunshine.

The property had everything we needed. The air conditioning was particularly welcomed, and the large terrace was great. It is situated very close to the pool, which our kids loved. There is a local shop in walking distance, and a number of places to eat nearby at Mgarr habour.
Our favourite place to eat at Mgarr habour was One 80, it had such amazing views of the habour and the food was really good. We also tried La Tona and Sammy's which were both great too. When we had access to a car, we also tried some of the restaurants in Xlendi as it has a number of really nice restaurants right by the waterside.
We took a book trip from Mgarr Harbour to Comino, which was a really was really easy to do without a car. We also hired a car for a few days in order to be able to view the main parts of Gozo, including Victoria, Xlendi, Marsalform Bay, Ramla Bay and San Lawrenz. We stayed for 10 days and felt this was a perfect amount of time.

The location of this apartment is second to none that I have experienced. The views from the apartment are stunning. The environment is quite and relaxed (bear in mind we stayed in February which is not high season).
The apartment is well equipped with everything you would need for a self catering holiday.
The pace of life on Gozo is relaxed and friendly. Not a holiday for those looking for night life, but exactly what we wanted.
Highly recommended. It is one holiday location and apartment that we would definitely return to.
