The two balconies, so one was in sun and the other in shade. Spacious flat, lots of towels, quiet at night, very central, near a good supermarket, butcher and restaurants. Big, free car park just across the street.
It would have been very useful to have a washing machine and microwave. The single beds in one of the bedrooms were very small for an adult. Views from the balconies weren't appealing.

The flat Is super spacious and well decorated. Two balconies and see view. Quick and easy communication.
It could do with a washing machine.
