MINERVA - A gem next to the Arno river
"Minerva" is only 400 meters far from Ponte Vecchio: it's in an elegant and lovely position in Piazza Sauro n.2, just next to Carraia bridge on Arno. A bright living, two bedrooms on a quiet side despite a lot of life on the street; the bathroom has a very large shower and the kitchen is really fully equipped.
The apartment has been recently restored and furnished with taste.

The apartment was very comfortable and in a great location. We had all we needed to have a pleasant stay in Florence. The host was very gracious and promptly responded to all questions.

Our two night stay was great. The property was exactly as shown. Very clean and well appointed. Location-wise, we couldn’t ask for better. Easy walks to excellent restaurants and sight-seeing.

Host was helpful and responsive. Apartment was clean and in a nice location. Our only negative was that the unit was pretty small. The bath room in particular was quite small. Overall we had a good stay but wish there was more room in the unit as the three of us felt cramped in the space. Lastly and importantly, there are 4 flights of stairs to get to the unit and no elevator. I don’t recommend for anyone with heavy luggage or any type of walking issues
