An absolutely stunning property decorated and equipped beautifully throughout. We stayed with our two children (aged 12 & 8) my sister in law and husband and parents. The villa was spacious for us all. Pool and outside area is fantastic with plenty of shade if needed. The pool was cleaned three times over the course of the 11 nights we were there. The added table tennis table there was a delight for my 12 year old son. The villa has everything a family needs for a relaxing stay rooms are large and airy with the added bonus of air con when needed. The villa is located close to shops and restaurants and there are plenty of supermarkets nearby that are very reasonably priced. Communication with the owners were excellent prior to, during and after our stay to ensure everything was ok. We cannot recommend this villa enough and would love to come back soon to stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at Villa Trocadero. We were a group of 9 and there was plenty of space for sleeping, cooking, eating, and lounging indoors and out. The management was very responsive to our requests and sent someone immediately when an issue arose.
The location is great but you will need a car to get to the nicer beaches - especially with smaller kids - but some of us walked or jogged to the beach on a few occasions, which was close enough. Restaurants and shops are very close, however.
I would definitely recommend taking a drive into Malaga center - we left it for the end of the trip and regretted not spending more time there.
