Serene Woodstock 3 bedroom cottage with sweeping mountain views
Casa di nuova costruzione con 3 camere da letto con vista sulle montagne su 5 splendidi acri circondati da alberi, a soli 3 minuti di auto dal centro della città. Fantastico in tutte le stagioni e vicino alle fantastiche escursioni di Catskill, sci, slittino, cascate e il fiume Hudson, così come le città della Fenicia, Saugerties, Kingston, Catskill, Hudson, Rhinebeck e Tivoli.
Lo spazio
Mentre cercavamo una casetta in affitto a Woodstock ci siamo innamorati di questo bellissimo pezzo di terra con vista su Overlook Mountain - nonostante il fatto che la casa esistente cadesse a terra, non occupata da anni.
Abbiamo deciso di cambiare rotta dal nostro piano originale e costruire una nuova casa da zero, che è stata un'avventura esilarante. Il nostro obiettivo era quello di costruire una confortevole vacanza in Byrdcliffe e incontra la Scandinavia per la nostra famiglia e i nostri amici, e talvolta la noleggiamo quando non siamo in grado di essere qui per goderci da soli.
La casa ha una cucina spaziosa con tutti i comfort, grande tavolo da pranzo, bar cucina, soggiorno confortevole e una biblioteca al piano superiore con comodo divano e tv. All'esterno abbiamo un'amaca, un pozzo del fuoco, sedie Adirondack, veranda coperta e ampio patio soleggiato con tavolo e ombrellone. La casa è super accogliente con tempo freddo e ventilata nei mesi estivi.

My friends and I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Allen & Kelly's beautiful home. We have stayed at many different VRBO accommodations but this was, by far, the nicest. It had every comfort we could ever need. Their sense of aesthetics really resonated with ours. Wonderful art, music and nature surrounded us. The house was immaculate and welcoming. I can recommend this place without hesitation. Hope to return soon!

This was one of the nicest vacation rental experiences we've had! A quick ride to the heart of Woodstock while staying at a place surrounded by forest with a lovely mountain view. Great seats on the patio and a hammock for reading and soaking up the sounds of birds and golden hour light at sunset. House is beautifully appointed. Love the art and photos on the walls and a super record collection. Kitchen was fun to cook in with a grill for our first night's dinner with a tender steak from Woodstock Meats. Great dining table for dinner conversation. Loved our long October weekend here.

Amazing property! We can’t say enough good things about this wonderful house. The view is amazing and with lots of birds and wildlife to watch. House is well equipped with everything you could need for a stay, including the kitchen. The location is perfect and only minutes from restaurants and supplies. We hope to visit again!

I hate giving such a great review to a new house for us, because it'll become difficult for us to re-rent next summer! But the owners were so great, so helpful, so quickly responsive, and house so perfect for us, that we have to share.
The house is brand new, built from the bottom up over the bones of a previously existing one. Well equipped, and with a truly exceptional view of Overlook Mountain in Woodstock, in an area we particularly love. Five acres. Private and quiet, but not at all isolated. Five minutes to town, but doesn't feel like it's a part of town at all. The light streams in, and there are views of the mountain(s) from practically everywhere in the house. It was immaculate when we arrived, which is not that common in many rentals.
We'll be back for sure.
