Large room with desk and nice view.

Staying here was like staying in an ash tray. Seems that the guests were smoking non stop in the rooms. It was not an experience I'd wish to go through again. The staff were very nice but I suppose there isn't much they could do. Desk space a bit too narrow to be comfortable if you need to do work.

Room size is great. Large bathroom. Location is very convenient for Busan Station. Lots of food places close by. A bit of a warning for family with small children - not the most appropriate for kids. Also had parking at the hotel for free (valet as car stacker parking). Has elevator. Also has a cafe in the lower floor but did not visit this. Hotel staff were very helpful!

A few loose fittings at the hotel. Due for a bit of a fix for the fittings.

1) noisy at night (3-4 am) due to nearby night clubs and patrons 2) breakfast is really really basic (porridge, kimchi, white bread (can be toasted), butter, jam , cereal, milk), some sausage and ham.

The room size was big to fit three of our big luggage. The bed was very comfortable to sleep on. The toilet seat come with heat seating which we love the most during winter time. (we dislike cool toilet bowl seat in the morning)

Everything was good.

The staff (esp the front desk Oppa) was so awesome! He helped us so much and was very accommodating of our needs. The location is perfect as we came to Busan on the KTX, Dino Hotel was seen as we were coming out of the station and it's a 5 minute walk. We were able to leave our luggage with concierge and roam around until our room was ready. The rooms were so spacious, beds comfortable and bathrooms very clean. Free breakfast was delicious! Very simple, but filling enough to start a busy day of touring. It was a good mix of continental/asian breakfast. I personally had the rice soup (almost congee like but not as thick), side of kimchi, piece of toast, and sausage. All in all, I would definitely stay here again. I almost wish that the hotel was in Seoul instead!
