We couldn't have been happier in this rental. The location was perfect. My husband and I, as well as our daughter and her husband came to Delray to celebrate my brother's 70th birthday. We were able to easily walk to the tennis center for a family round robin pickle ball tournament. We also walked to the farmers market on Saturday morning. We were also very close to the Atlantic Ave restaurants and the beaches. The house was clean, and everything worked perfectly. Simon, the host was very accommodating, when we requested a later checkout on our last day, he responded promptly and said yes. We will definitely return to this rental next time.

This property was perfect for our stay with our extended family. We had a great time visiting our kids for parents weekend at FAU. The house was within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping and the beach and not too far from the campus. We were able to enjoy Delray and Boca! Simon was so responsive and quick to help with any questions. Definitely recommend this property!

My sister’s and I had a wonderful time in Del Rey Fl. Simon’s home was so lovely and warm. The house was spotless and there was nothing we lacked. Simon was very responsive when we had questions. We will definitely be back!

A true gem. Completely updated house with all the latest appliances and entertainment options. Master bedroom is huge. Plenty of beach apparel. Bicycles for easy getting around. Host is very accommodating and helpful. Will definitely stay there again.

Property was as advertised. Clean, well equipped with all the amenities you could ask for. Perfectly located a short walk from Downtown Delray. We enjoyed daily walks back and forth to the beach. Will definitely consider staying here again.

This house is exactly as it looks on VRBO and Simon is wonderful to work with for the reservation process as well as for any concerns. The walk is about 4 blocks to the Atlantic Ave shops/restaurants with about a mile total to get to the public beach.

Beautiful 2 story home just blocks away from Atlantic Ave and the Ocean!
The property was beautiful with modern appliances and updated technology in all rooms, including large screen TVs and Mac computers :-). We have a family of 6 (ranging in age from 5 to 56) and this place was comfortable for the entire of family with plenty of space for relaxing and spending mornings enjoying breakfast outside! We will definitely consider staying here again should we travel to Delray Beach in the future. Thank you Simon for keeping your property up to date and functioning well...we appreciate everything!!

Perfect Location
We had a wonderful stay at this property. We needed support for an issue out of the owner's control and his response was helpful and fast. The contractor hired by the owner for this issue was professional and handled it quickly, not interrupting our stay. I would highly recommend this property because of its proximity to town and beautifully maintained house. I look forward to returning.

If you want to be in walking distance to downtown DR beach and want to stay in a really lovely and comfortable house - this is the place! Beautifully appointed, well maintained, luxurious master bedroom, tastefully landscaped. Perfect! The owner was very responsive. A great getaway.

Awesome stay at Casa Swinton
We stayed at this home for the past month and it was incredible. The host is fantastic and very easy to communicate with. We bumped into him often in town and he could not have been any more friendly to us and is always a text away for anything needed or advice on where to eat. The house itself is incredible. It can easily fit 8 adults and has everything in it needed. The front yard with the chairs and hammock is a great plus as we spent every morning having coffee there. The bikes and beach chairs were used all the time. The rooms are big, the kitchen is beautiful and the living room with the large tv is great on a rainy day. The AC is phenomenal! One of the most spectacular homes I've stayed in. It takes only about 10 minutes to walk to town and the Saturday farmers market. I will defintely stay here again.

Fantastic home for vacation!
The house was located 2 1/2 blocks from Atlantic Avenue making it easily walkable to all the restaurants and shops. The house was immaculate and very comfortable. It had many great amenities! We had a wonderful week and would definitely stay again! Simon was super helpful and always available for any questions we had.

Best rental ever!
This is by far the most well-appointed and charming home we have ever rented. The quality of the furnishings, along with the additional creature comforts like comfy beds, updated kitchen and baths, and very current audio/visual systems, plus the great outdoor spaces for reading, relaxing and enjoying your coffee make it instantly feel like home. It is obvious that a lot of TLC went into this home and truly makes it a "home away". The location is perfect for walking to all of Delray Beach's fun and dining. Finally, Simon the owner is so friendly and cheerful that you feel you have known him forever - even over text! I know where I am staying next time I am in Delray Beach!

Casa Swinton
Perfect location to walking on active night life of Atlantic. Easy bike ride to the beach. House has everything from cooking equipment in the kitchen, to back pack beach chair for two with two beach bicycles.
Simon even gave us perfect weather with one day break in the middle, which we went to the movies.

Perfect Home!
We stayed for a week with my in-laws and 11 month old son. The house was perfect. The outside space is amazing and very private. My husband and I walked to Atlantic Ave for coffee, lunches, and dinners. The house was spotless and loaded with high end amenities.
The owner Simon was attentive and an overall great guy. We look forward to staying there again on our next visit.

SUPER NICE HOME!!
This is an incredibly nice vacation home; good for a week, a month, more. It has the charm of a vintage Florida home but has been recently updated with granite, polished hardwood, modern media room, and premium furnishings including a very comfortable king bed with a firm memory foam mattress (no back aches!). Squeaky clean, beautifully landscaped, and with an owner that goes out of his way to be accommodating, helpful, and a genuinely nice guy. Super tasteful interior colors and fully stocked; ice cream (individually wrapped Klondikes) in the freezer, top shelf alcohol in the bar (rum, vodka, tequila), beer, wine, all condiments, coffee - all included and for your enjoyment. We did not expect as much and couldn't have asked for more. There is even a cool white cat that hangs out & sleeps on the rear deck; just like home. Simon, you are a first class gentleman, the best; thank you.

Exquisite home in great location
Casa Swinton is a dream house with everything you can possibly need for a vacation plus more. It's been impeccably renovated and decorated. The media room has all the bells and whistles with the most incredible Natuzzi couch and electronics. I absolutely loved the outdoor space, it was very private and cozy. Being able to walk to Atlantic Ave. was a big plus. The bedding and towels were luxurious, everything was first class!
The owner, Simon, went out of his way to make me feel welcomed. He even came over to help me when I couldn't figure out the TV system!! I wished I could stay longer.

Amazing Delray stay
Just want to thank Simon so much for letting us stay in his wonderful home for our 10 day vacation stay. The house is faultless and is very fully equipped with everything you would need from a home. Simon was very attentive to any need and went above and beyond any expectations that we had. We can't say enough what a charming home this is- The location is perfect to walk to the bars and restaurants and is a nice stroll to the beach. I would recommend this house to all my friends and family who would be visiting the south florida area- 10/10. Thank you so much!
