Charming Lao Hotel

Wir (Ehepaar) haben eine Übernachtung in einem Superior Zimmer mit zwei Betten im Juli 2026 gebucht. Das Zimmer stellte sich als fensterloses Indoor Cabin heraus. Vermutlich hatten wir die Beschreibung und die Fotografien nicht hinreichend genau studiert :-(. Ein Upgrade (Zimmer mit Aussicht) wurde nicht gewährt. Die Damen der Rezeption haben uns in Sachen Sightseeing gut beraten. Gezahlt haben wir in lokaler Wahrung, da das Kreditkarten System ausgefallen war. Dadurch vermieden wir auch kräftige Zuschläge auf den eigentlichen Rechnungsbetrag. Frühstück war sehr gut. Auch das Café und das Restaurant lieferte gute Qualität.

It’s crazy expensive. Probably cause the options there are limited. Asked for a taxi to the bus station. They called a car aka golf cart that wen’t 20km an hour tops and almost missed our bus.

Garden setting of tables was pleasant. Good to get shampoo and conditioner.

This was overpriced for what we got. Not much better than your average guest house for less than half the price. Staff were very friendly and tried to be helpful. Breakfast was disappointing, by far the poorest we experienced.
