La villa è la vostra casa di lusso lontano da casa. Si compone di 3 camere da letto ognuna con il proprio balcone e dispone di A / C e ventilatore. Master camera da letto ha un bagno privato, vi è un bagno di famiglia al primo piano e doccia separata, wc e lavabo al piano terra. Zona soggiorno separata con lettore DVD per i bambini. Grande terrazza di fronte alla villa. Grande terrazza sul tetto con sedie a sdraio per il relax.
Vialetto pavimentato e ampio giardino ben curato con cancello elettrico telecomandato per maggiore sicurezza. Le auto possono essere parcheggiate in modo sicuro sul vialetto.
Cassetta di sicurezza per gli oggetti di valore ed il computer portatile.
Una culla può essere collocata in una delle camere da letto. Sono inoltre disponibili un bagnetto e un seggiolone.
La villa e il giardino sono mantenuti ad un livello molto alto.
La villa è adatta per le famiglie con bambini di tutte le età, gruppi di amici, anziani in lunga pausa, cercando di allontanarsi da inverni freddi. E 'adatto anche per le persone con mobilità ridotta in quanto vi è un divano letto matrimoniale nella zona salotto e una cabina doccia e servizi igienici al piano terra.
La villa si trova a soli 5 minuti a piedi o 150 metri dalla spiaggia di Flic en Flac. Quest'ultimo è uno dei più lunghi, spiaggia incontaminata sull'isola con sabbia bianca e acque cristalline turchesi. La spiaggia è frequentata dalla gente del posto e turisti e ha una serie di ristoranti, bar, bancarelle di fast food, negozi, supermercato, banca, cambio valuta, centri di immersione, tour operator, farmacie, cliniche, stazione di polizia e la fermata dell'autobus.
Il resto dell'isola è ben servita da un servizio regolare di autobus. Quindi una macchina non è necessario.
Essendo sulla costa occidentale, Flic en Flac è il luogo ideale per passeggiare lungo la spiaggia o sedersi in uno dei bar e guardare un tramonto tropicale più spettacolare.
Siamo molto flessibili e spesso abbiamo offerte speciali, soprattutto per gruppi più piccoli o solo per una coppia. Saremo felici di discutere lo stesso con voi, quindi per favore non esitate a chiedere.

Great stay at Fayruz villa
The villa is very spacious, lots of room on the ground floor with large sofas, sofa bed, large dining table with 8 chairs, full kitchen and an American fridge freezer.
There is a fan in the lounge area but the ground floor would have benefitted with air conditioning.
The first floor has a large master bedroom with air conditioning and ensuite. The shower is low pressure as is in all the rooms, the hot water takes a while to come through as with all the showers in the villa.
The other 2,bedrooms have 2 beds in each with air conditioning. Separate bathroom and shower.
There is a top floor sundeck but this had no sunbeds so we couldn't use it and had broken satellite dish and other stuff which needs to be cleared as this could be so much better.
There is an outdoor pool which is great to cool off in.
We stayed for 2 weeks, there was no cleaner or maid service which was very unusual.
We cleaned the sofas in between the cushions as they had lot of crumbs and other stuff in there.
Overall the villa is really nice and the location is great, shops and restaurants and the beach are a short walk away.
Reza and Ashlam were brilliant, very helpful and friendly, thanks for the info and booking taxis and bus info to Port Louis.
We will definitely come back here again, thanks for a lovely stay.

Fantastic villa with pool, great location, highly recommend.
Our family of two adults and five children had a wonderful three week stay at Fayruz Villa.
The owner, Faroz, replied promptly and helpfully to all our enquiries prior to departure and arranged for us to be picked up from the airport.
On arrival at the villa we were met by Faroz's lovely family (her mother and brothers) who showed us around the property and local area, arranged car hire for us and made sure we were comfortable and well looked after throughout our stay.
The villa itself is clean, spacious and well laid out and has everything you require for a relaxing holiday. There are three shower rooms and we successfully used them all simultaneously! The pool is lovely and was particularly enjoyed by our children! The property is very secure having an electric gate and the area is safe and quiet.
The beautiful beach at Flic en Flac is a short walk away and the local Spa supermarket is well stocked. There are also many local restaurants as well as food stalls near the beach offering local and western dishes.
I highly recommend this villa for a family such as ours or for friends travelling together.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Fayruz villa. Tout y est très bien. Surtout un grand merci pour l'accueil de Aslam et Reza. Tout était parfait.
