Prostředí ,vzdálenost od pláže,příjemné klima,vše důležité na dosah. V noci klid na spaní ,žádní komáři,příjemná teplota i bez klimatizace .

Clean, well located, v comfortable bed and pillows. It had a good set-up to work with a table, and a couch and tv. Perfect for one solo traveler for a short to longer term stay. Dulce was a great host and was super nice and welcoming. I picked this apartment because it had a washing machine and when I couldn't get it to work, she came over very quickly to help me take a look, which was much appreciated. Although I ate out and only used the kettle, the apartment is self-catering with everything you need.
Wifi doesn't work well in the bedroom.

Fantastic location! Comfortable & clean apartment with everything we needed - comfy bed, great shower, space to relax. Small kitchen but is enough.
Friendly host, easy to arrange check in.
Windows only open out to the building's atrium rather than direct outside, so no views sadly but you do still get some fresh air. OK for us, as the location makes it easy to get outside.

everything else. grimy bathroom with worn towels. shower soaked the floor every time we used it due to nasty short curtain and no fitting to hang the shower head to the wall. peeling painted tiles in bathroom. we were charged a cleaning fee but the apartment wasn't cleaned. sewer smell in bathroom and lobby. could not get cooker, TV or washing machine to work. horrible dusty plastic plants everywhere.

Handy for square and seafront. Bed quite generous.
The host was very distracted on our arrival. The property definitely does not live up to the expected standards from the photographs. The blackout blind in the bedroom was very thin and floppy and there was a problem with running water in the toilet. The public areas felt grubby and the handrail on the stairs was sticky.

The Sweeit home is and one of the most beautiful places for a stay in Teneriffa. Dulce is a very friendly host to make you feel home.

You can relax at the Sweet Home and feel very much "at home'. The bed is very comfortable.
You are in the middle of the City of El Medano where you can kite and where you find lots of good Restaurants - even vegan. I will come back soon.

Clean place with a very nice owner. In the center of ElMedano making it easy to reach all places in town.
There is no air-condition so it’s quite warm to sleep. But there was one fan which made it a bit cooler.
View from the window on the wall of opposite building so no view at all.

Lovely apartment a few streets back from the beach. Clean and spacious, with every facility we needed. Our hostess was very helpful and we were very comfortable here.

Dulce was VERY accommodating, very communicative and gave great recommendations.
Very comfortable stay and highly recommend this for anyone who wants to be close the seaside (3min walk).

The location is very convenient in the town centre, near the market and the beach. It is a short drive from the airport (Tenerife South). Comfortable and functional.

Giving this place 9/10 rating and here's why: the place is incredibly nice, comfy and clean. The space is plentyful if you have a family or a group of 4, we were just a couple. There is everything you need in here, from kitchen tools, to sleeping blankets, extra towels, heck there are even brand new pampers. Two bathrooms with everything you would need, and extras. Loved the fact that this used to be the owner's place, she kept it nice and tidy. Also the building is located in a quiet zone. We will return, for sure.
The only thing that might bother you is a neighbour making noise, walls are a bit thin.
