Casa in posizione molto tranquilla, dotata di ogni comfort, arredamento curato. Con ampi spazi interni ed esterni per un totale di 70 + 150 mq di cortile/giardino. Le due camere da letto sono due stanze con letto matrimoniale. L'ampia cucina è ben attrezzata. Dispone di un bagno con doccia. Di un bagno di servizio con sanitari e lavatrice. E' ideale per famiglie con bambini e ragazzi. Le lenzuola e gli asciugamani sono forniti.
A 300 metri troviamo la spiaggia di G'enne Mari, mentre poco più distante si trova la spiaggia di Canne Sisa. Uscendo dal villaggio, sulla litoranea per Villasimius (SP 17) si incontrano tantissime altre spiagge di grande valore naturalistico con le mille sfumature di azzurro che caratterizza il mare della Sardegna. Alcune sono: Mari Pintau, Geremeas, Solanas, fino a raggiungere a 15 Km Villasimius...
La sua posizione è strategica per escursioni naturalistiche e culturali. Il parco dei 'Sette fratelli ' a pochi km.
La città di Cagliari, a soli 30 minuti di macchina, è ricca di monumenti storici ed artistici, e di numerosi ed eleganti negozi, offre l'opportunità di conoscere la storia della città e nel contempo poter fare un pò di shopping. Senza lasciarsi sfuggire un souvenir dell'artigianato sardo o un prodotto culinario tipico dell'isola. Cordiale e piacevole accoglienza della proprietaria, casa pulita e ordinata con tutte le dotazioni necessarie, spazi esterni ben utilizzabili con alternanza di zone soleggiate e ombreggiate, doccia esterna intiepidita dal sole...ottima sistemazione!
Inoltre posizione comoda con spiaggia, market, bar/giornalaio e ristorante pizzeria raggiungibili a piedi.

Wir haben wunderbare 14 Tage im Haus von Loredana verbracht.
Angereist sind wir mit 3 Erwachsenen und einem Teenager und wurden von Loredana und ihrer Tochter freundlich begrüßt. Im Kühlschrank war alles vorhanden um den kleinen Hunger und Durst von der Reise zu stillen.
Das ist ist einfach aber zweckmäßig und sauber eingerichtet, Wer will schon auf dem wunderschönen Sardinien in der "Hütte hängen".
Zum Strand sind es zu Fuß 5 Minuten, auf dem Weg liegt ein kleiner Laden, der dazu einlädt noch ein paar Snacks oder Getränke mitzunehmen.
Der Strand ist sauber, das Wasser kristallklar, ein Paradies... Wir haben die Gelegenheit genutzt, an einem Tag am Strand ein kleines Motorboot zu mieten und die Küste entlang zu düsen.
Nach den Strandtagen haben wir die Aussendusche im Hof von Loredana genossen. Die sandigen Handtücher konnten wir schnell in die vorhandene Waschmaschine werfen und im Hof auf die Leinen hängen.
Der Mietwagen parkte direkt unter dem Carport neben dem Hauseingang. Diesen braucht man auch zingend, da Torre delle Stelle tatsächlich ein ganz ruhiges Dörfchen ist. Trotzdem ist man sehr zentral, nicht allzu weit vom Flughafen entfernt und kann tolle Ausflüge machen.
Wir haben uns sowohl bei Loredana wie auch in Torre delle Stelle sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Wir haben im Oktober 2018 mit vier Personen (zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Jugendlichen) zwei wunderschöne Wochen bei Loredana verbracht. Die Ferienwohnung liegt im Erdgeschoss eines freistehenden Zweifamilienhauses, ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Insbesondere die große Küche hat uns gut gefallen. Die Zimmer und auch der Außenbereich, wo wir uns fast ausschließlich aufgehalten haben, sehen genau so aus, wie auf den Bildern dargestellt. Wir haben immer draußen gegessen und die Umgebung sehr genossen. Loredana ist eine zuvorkommende und herzliche Gastgeberin. Als wir einmal am späteren Abend Probleme mit dem Strom hatten, hat sich ein befreundeter Nachbar sofort gekümmert und Loredana hat sich am nächsten Tag mit einem leckeren selbstgebackenen Kuchen für die Panne entschuldigt.
Sehr schön ist die fußläufige Nähe zum Strand, dem Supermarkt, einem Fischhändler und einer Pizzeria. Ältere Kinder können sich problemlos allein im Ort bewegen. Für die tollen Strände in der Umgebung sollte man aber ein Auto haben. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Torre delle Stelle ist ein kleiner noch nicht sehr gut erschlossener Ferienort mit wenig Infrastruktur.Die Strassen sind in einem sehr schlechtem Zustand.Unser Mietwagen musste einiges aushalten.Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber, mit einfacher Ausstattung.Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.Mit Englisch und Googleübersetzer ging die Verständigung gut.Problematisch für uns fanden wir die doch sehr alten Betten in dem kleineren Schlafraum.Den Garten hatten wir uns anders vorgestellt weniger versiegelt und mehr Rasen.Die Außendusche eher auch ein Provisorium.Die zwei Liegen für den Außenbereich waren in einem schlechten Zustand.Die Aufleger sehr verschmutzt.Später wurde uns noch eine dritte Liege gebracht.Für den Außenbereich sind Stapelstühle vorhanden.Leider keine Aufleger,was in der Hitze sehr unangenehm war.In der Nachbarschaft hat ein kläffender Hund uns regelmäßig den Nachtschlaf geraubt.Ansonsten gibt es zwei Restaurants im Ort.In der Pizzeria sollte man lieber für den Abend einen Tisch vorbestellen.Es gibt einen Supermarkt .Dieser ist sehr gut bestückt.Auch ein Fischladen befindet sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.Zum wunderschönen Sandstrand braucht man 5 Minuten zu Fuß.
