Villa "Hortensia" si trova nel piccolo e pittoresco villaggio di Mlini, che giace sulla riva del mare Adriatico. La sua straordinaria vista panoramica ti toglierà il respiro e ti farà desiderare di non andartene mai. La nostra proprietà privata e intima con la sua piscina e il verde circostante è di circa 500 metri quadrati. La tua famiglia o i tuoi amici potranno godere della Villa che dista solo 3 minuti dalle più belle spiagge della Riviera di Dubrovnik. Se desideri divertirti e rilassarti, continua a leggere!
Offriamo ai nostri ospiti un piano intermedio completamente attrezzato della casa (130m2 grande) adatto per 10 persone. Si compone di 4 camere da letto, 2 cucine, 2 soggiorni, 2 bagni e 2 ampi balconi con magnifiche viste panoramiche sul mare. Un grande appezzamento con terrazza e piscina privata è perfetto se vuoi scappare da tutto il trambusto e fare una nuotata direttamente dalla tua camera da letto. La cucina completamente attrezzata con barbecue vicino alla piscina e una piccola palestra con un altro bagno sono solo per uso personale. Accanto alla piscina è una vista speciale dove è possibile trascorrere il tempo rilassante con una vista sulla baia di Zupa. Anche se viviamo all'ultimo piano della Villa, ma abbiamo un ingresso separato e non abbiamo alcun contatto con la piscina. L'area circostante è esclusivamente per uso personale. Agli ospiti viene garantita la massima privacy (non ci sono altri appartamenti in casa).
L'intero appartamento e la trama sono solo per le missioni. Gli ospiti avranno accesso a: WI-FI gratuito, parcheggio gratuito, piscina privata con getti idromassaggio, TV satellitare, lavatrice. Terrazza all'aperto arredata con set di sedie con magnifica vista sul mare, barbecue, cucina vicino alla terrazza coperta sulla piscina, piccola palestra. La culla è disponibile e gratuitamente come altre attrezzature per bambini su richiesta.
Offriamo anche tour in barca alle isole vicine (a pagamento). Durante il viaggio esplorerai Kolocep, Lopud e Šipan, bellissime isole piene di spiagge sabbiose, grotte nascoste e una natura meravigliosa. È sicuramente qualcosa da non perdere.
La nostra villa è situata nel centro di Mlini. Spiagge, ristoranti, belle passeggiate vicino al mare, centro immersioni, kayak, barche, bar, parchi giochi per bambini sono tutti a soli 5 minuti a piedi dalla Villa. Dubrovnik, la Perla dell'Adriatico è a soli 15 minuti di distanza (in auto o in autobus). Anche nel centro di Mlini è un taksi d'acqua per Dubrovnik. Lo consiglio vivamente.
L'auto non è necessaria durante il soggiorno.
Il parcheggio è gratuito proprio di fronte alla Villa. Offriamo trasferimenti in van e auto private a Dubrovnik e in altre località su richiesta. Se arrivate con un aereo, offriamo un trasferimento da e per l'aeroporto (a pagamento).

A wonderful villa overlooking the sea and exactly as shown in the photos. Short walk down 100+ steps to the beach, bars and restaurants and the local town. Mid-way between the old town of Dubrovnik and the airport makes this a great location without any need for a long journeys in any direction. 15 minute walk to the local suoermarket but a small convenience store and bakery virtually opposite. MATO, our host, was very discreet despite living on the top floor but was always contactable by phone and there when needed.
If we have a large family holiday again l can't think that we'd go anywhere else.
(the neighbours cat made himself very much at home - probably because we encouraged him)

Mato dealt with our questions very quickly both before we arrived and during our stay ... the whole visit was excellent.

This was the perfect home for us for our long awaited trip to Croatia delayed by two years due to Covid. The layout gave us plenty of space to spread out but had lovely indoor and outdoor areas for gathering comfortably together. The kitchen(s) were clean and well stocked with all the glassware, utensils and cooking equipment needed. We prepared half of our dinners at "home" using the grill and dining al fresco by the pool which was great in avoiding having to rely on restaurants for every evening meal. Good grocery store within walking distance. Washer/dryer and dishwasher were efficient and very handy. Mato our host was amazing! He helped us with so much more than just making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed within the house. He arranged an all day boat trip for us which was the highlight of our trip. The town of Mlini is so quaint and quiet but very close to busy Dubrovnik easily accessible by public transport. I would highly recommend this property for family or friends!

We rented this villa for a week in Sept. It's a fantastic villa with stunning views and very clean. It's in a great location for restaurants, beach, supermarket, bakery. The villa owner Mato was fantastic, very welcoming and could not do enough to help us, he is a star.
The villa has lots of steps so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with walking difficulties but everything else was great.

4 of my friends and I arrived and were met at the airport by an Uber organised by Mato the landlord- the property is fantastic. It consists of 2 appts on one level interlinked by an internal door, then on the level below by the pool has a large kitted out gym, toilet with shower and larger kitchen with inside table and chairs and also outside eating covered by a veranda beside the pool.
The views are as the photos show-fabulous with a slight breeze. The appts have mostly memory foam mattresses, constant hot water, fully equipped and very spacious.
There are 2 sets of steps to the promenade along by the waters edge and its a 5 min walk to old and new towns where there are cafes, restaurants and bars.
The small local supermarket is 2mins walk and a larger supermarket is in the shopping centre in new town-10 mins walk.
Mate was a fabulous host-he organised a private boat trip for one of our days and it was SOO worth the sl extra costing. Nothing was too much trouble for him to help us with including ordering Uber’s .
I couldn’t recommend staying here highly enough and even when 2 more friends joined us it never felt overcrowded. The bus stop is outside the property and Uber and water buses are all so easy.
Fabulous location for exploring.

Huset egnet seg godt for en storfamilie; besteforeldre + 2 familier m/3 barn tilsammen. Verten Mato var hjelpsom langt over det man kan forvente. Vi kan anbefale denne eiendommen og huset

There is a safe path down to the beach and when you get down to the seafront there are bars, parks, restaurants and water sports, some safe snorkelling and swimming as well as regular boats to Dubrovnik. The villa is great. Gorgeous pool and views. Either one large family can be together or there are 2 kitchens and bathrooms organised so that you could go as 2 families and have a little privacy if required. Mato could not be a better host. He is unobtrusive but really helpful if you want lifts or trips organised. Highly recommend.

This property is fantastic for a family with children or 2 families staying together. There is a safe path down to the beach and when you get down to the seafront there are bars, parks, restaurants and water sports, some safe snorkelling and swimming as well as regular boats to Dubrovnik. The villa is great. Gorgeous pool and views. Either one large family can be together or there are 2 kitchens and bathrooms organised so that you could go as 2 families and have a little privacy if required. Mato could not be a better host. He is unobtrusive but really helpful if you want lifts or trips organised. Highly recommend.

We loved this villa, particularly the extensive space outside; there is a shaded dining table and comfortable chairs a few steps away from the main kitchen. A lovely pool surrounded by good quality wooden decking which was comfortable underfoot. The outdoor space is private and secluded because of the mature trees on the edges of the garden, which also give welcome shade for parts of the day. My favorite spot is the bench which is situated in the furthest corner of the garden, overlooking the the harbour and beautiful deep turquoise sea; a perfect, relaxing place for a drink or quiet moment - which can be useful when holidaying in a large group of people. we found Villa Hortensia met all our needs, and the owner, Mato, was very welcoming and helpful. Hereby warmly recommended.

Fabulous location
Great location near shops, bars and restaurants. Minutes walk away (down stairs) from the sea and amazing playgrounds for kids of different ages. Stunning views from the apartment. We were a family of 5 - 2 grandparents; 2 parents and a 2 year old child . We had privacy if we needed or a communal area. Place was immaculately clean. Close to Dubrovnik and airport. Mato our host was charming and knowledgable about the area . Recommend this apartment very highly.

Fabulous!
Five of us spent a wonderful 10 days at the villa in early September.
Everything is brand new and it is well equipped, spotlessly clean, very comfortable and spacious. There is a kitchen, bathroom and shower on the ground floor, which is very useful when spending time around the pool area, where there are plentiful sunbeds and seating areas - and a beautiful sea view that you would never tire of.
Mato, is the perfect host and provided us with much local information. We took him up on his offer of arranging boat hire for the day during which we visited several islands and stopped for swimming and lunch.
The villa exceeded our expectations and I wouldn't hesitate to return to Villa Hortensia.
