Definitely the price. Not the best location, but it was convenient for my hubby and I looking for a place to stay for the nigh, while on our way to Manitoulin Island. The owner was very friendly and upgraded our room without extra charge. He also provided some great suggestions of places to visit on the Island. The suggestions were much appreciated. The bed was comfortable and we were well rested, for our trip to the Island. Thanks a bunch 🤗
Washroom was a bit tight due to the location of the toilet., but the room was spacious.

The Belmont has everything you need for a night's stay. The rooms are clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Location is great too! We will definitely be staying again when we are back in Sudbury.

They are renovating the motel and are taking good steps to clean it up. The bed and sheets were new.
It’s exactly what you would expect for the location, type and price. Effilent and that’s not necessarily a bad thing.
