Retreat East

Location is stunning, like a real slice of paradise, and the rooms were absolutely exquisite, I would say 10/10 aesthetically, the sauna was nice, the cold plunge bucket was great, the gym I didn’t use, it was small but perfect and I could have used it happily, the staff were amazingly friendly and really lovely throughout

The steam room stank of mold and damp, the jacuzzi had a layer of dirt around the rim, the shower in the room had mold coming out of the plastic strip and stones, it smelt od urine, the bed smelt like smoke and had crumbs in it, the room service from the first nights dinner was never cleaned away neither was the following mornings breakfast, the breakfast was continental only, if you wanted cooked you had to pay, I already paid nearly £500 for two nights, a full english breakfast should be included without a doubt The first morning they were mowing the lawns for ages right out side the rooms which was noisy, the second morning, in the next field they were shooting from early in the morning for hours

Everythimg, my 4th time and never gets boring and the staff will do whatever they can to make your stay more enjoyable.
