Muy lindas instalaciones. Camas cómodas y el baño de la habitación matrimonial cuenta con tina. El desayuno es súper generoso y variado y la atención del personal es muy buena. Volvería a este hotel sin duda.

A comfortable room with a good breakfast and free car parking. The location is perfect being an easy walk to the market square with lots of colour and activity.

nice cafe area, decent options, reception helped us schedule a COVID test, even called around to a couple places to help find the best price, very friendly

Breakfast OK, location OK.
One staff member working all day and into the night. Very noisy and little sound abatement. Loud guests in courtyard after midnight were not handled for the benefit of other guests.

we liked the convenience to the market. that was our main reason for the stay. we also liked the staff and the little shop inside.
we were on the first floor in a small room and it was noisy. the doorbell to let people in was very loud through the night but eventually, we asked them if they could do something about it and they turned it off so we appreciated that!

Our bed was against the wall giving on the street and the noise all night and as of 5am was as if there was no wall

Good breakfast of fresh bread butter jam eggs cooked to order fresh coffee glass of pure fruit juice and a plate of sliced fruit. Enjoyed having breakfast brought to our table, not a buffet. Staff was very helpful with scheduling taxis and scheduling breakfast. Plenty of hot water for showers and comfortable beds. Our room had a balcony overlooking the street, yet not disturbed by traffic noise inside the room. Not fancy, but an excellent choice in Otavalo.
Took multiple trips up and down the stairs to the reception and about an hour to get the to get the wifi working.

Wonderful staff, incredible attention to cleanliness - lovely calm, quiet rooms.
The wifi signal in our room was too weak to be usable - but we were on the top floor. In the lobby/cafe area it was nice and strong.

The WiFi was not working very well, the thick building walls are not helping.
