This oasis exceeded all expectations. The villa manager greeted our family (with fresh cut fruit and wine) and took care of everything for us. From a delicious daily breakfast spread, to arranging transfers, to cleaning the home so well each day. They upgraded our villa to 3 bedrooms (great for families) and gave free late checkout as well. The view was breathtaking and the location was much calmer than other parts of the island. Will definitely be coming back to this exact Villa again.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything.

This place was absolutely great! Upon arrival, Antonis informed us that they had a cancellation, so upgraded us to a 3 BR. He showed us the place and it was better than we imagined. The rooms were great. The place was very comfortable. And the location was perfect, as we were on the edge of Fira town, but just enough outside (a 5 minute walk) that we felt like we were in our own space. Antonis had a bottle of chilled wine and fresh fruit on the table when we walked in. The view from huge cliff-side patio was unbelievable. We had a sweeping view of the entire Caldera area including the volcano. To both sides we could see the white buildings and some blue domes. We could look down into the port area and see 3-4 cruise ships every day or evening ... and could watch it all from an infinity pool hot tub that was fantastic. We had a great view of the sunset each night. The sun literally set into the ocean just behind a small island. There are many places that promote sunset views - but we opted to watch them from our patio because there couldn't have been a better view. Breakfast was served every morning, delivered to our patio table at whatever time we chose and we had the option to choose from a menu of options. This was not just a small continental breakfast. It was huge - and the food was really good. Antonis answered any questions we had via text and was very helpful in providing thoughts on tour options for boat tours. He also helped us arrange rides to and from the ferry port. Santorini is an amazing place. We splurged on a nice place to stay - and we were extremely happy we did. This was a great place in an ideal location and we'd absolutely stay there again if we went back to Santorini!

Wonderful wonderful wonderful! Spectacular scenic view, the friendliest, most helpful staff, beautiful villa with proper powerful AC (although you likely won't need it), beds and bathrooms are stellar. Fridge fully stocked and replenished daily with bottled water. Excellent wifi with repeaters in every room. Easy parking near the entrance. If you are there in mid September, you can have a front and center seat for the annual Ifaisteio commemoration with fireworks. A true Santorini experience!

We had the pleasantest surprise when we were informed by Antonis that we got upgraded to a 2 bedroom villa. Antonis was superb and very friendly, attended to our request for an early check in and spa service in room. We can't rave enough about the room. We were welcome with wine and a fruit platter. Living Room was spacious with a neat kitchenette. We loved the bathrooms - there were double sinks and double showers. All amenities - you name it they have it. From bathrobes to beach bags and hats. It's beautiful Greek styled designs, beautiful white cave walls. Let's begin with the view. The villa was just at the edge of the cliff with no obstruction in front and around you. Full privacy with an outdoor jacuzzi. Lovely outdoor balcony with sun beds. Facing the caldera with astonishing sun set views. In our honest opinion, this location beats the many luxurious villas in Oia. Simply because of its exclusivity. The breakfast options were amazingly abundant. It was too much for us, we told them to cut our portions by half for each dish.

We wished they had more vegan options for breakfast.

The staff was over the top accommodating and so friendly. The views, the design and most of all the service that the hotel provides is outstanding, everything combined together makes it an amazing experience!Would definitely recommend and will come back! Eden Villas was the best choice we made while planning the trip. Beautiful property, clean, spacious rooms, comfortable beds. The view from the villa is breathtaking. The second we arrived, we were instantly greeted by the villa manager, Antonis. He was very welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed while we were getting situated in our villa. It was our anniversary weekend, and Antonis helped make the start of our anniversary incredibly special. Alex worked closely with Antonis and organized a wonderful breakfast for us with a beautiful view of the Caldera. Alex also always made sure that our outside hot tub had the right temperature and was spotless. He was always there the second we needed anything and was very nice and friendly. Looking back at our whole trip, we were able to enjoy our best dinner in Santorini because Antonis helped us with a reservation. He also arranged a rental car for us even though it was a last minute request. We are very grateful for Antonis and his team for helping us fall in love with Santorini!

Every aspect of our stay at Eden Villa was absolutely amazing. From the very breathtaking view, to the comfort and exceptional service by Mr. Antonis, the villa manager, and his staff, our stay was beyond 10/10. The villas have the best view of both the sunset and caldera and we just didn't want to leave. Added to the personalised breakfast served to you at your comfort by this view, It is indeed one of the best villas in Santorini and we absolutely love it & recommend! Eden Villas by Canaves Oia was the most incredible place I have ever stayed. Our host Anotonis was the most helpful, genuine, kind, thoughtful, knowledgable, courteous host ever! He made our stay truly special world class unparalleled best vacation. The villa is giant and. clean and imaculate. The veranda was so peaceful, huge, comfortable and the best view on the island. Skip the crowds in Oia and just watch the sunset from the veranda and the private pool. The generous gourmet breakfast was quietly set up and waiting for us on our veranda dining table every morning and made the most unbelievable view and start to each day. Antonis team was super helpful meeting us on the street to find the Villas and help with luggage and then quietly effienctly cleaning each day without us even noticing. Antonis was there to help with activity or dining recommendations and reservations every day and even helped us with transportation issues when a windstorm cancelled all boats. The whole experience and location and team was the absolute best view, accomodations, service and special experience we've ever experienced on vacation. Lifelong memories and treasured week.

The villa was fantastic in a great location with an amazing view of caldera and at walking distance from the village of Fira and Imerovigli. The villa was spotless and with all comfort and amenities. The breakfast was fantastic. But what really made the difference was the friendliness and the professionalism of all staff members. Louisa, who is the manager was extremely friendly and helpful. The same goes for Alexandros (the superintendent), the cleaning lady, and the lady in charge of making the breakfasts. We will gladly go back whenever we will get the chance. Melina & Christos

It was an amazing experience from start to finish. Nasia was a fantastic host. She was always available by mobile phone for any and every need we had. She went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. Dennis and the other staff were terrific as well. Very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. Next time we go back, this is the place we would stay at. Oh, and did I mention the views? You cannot beat it.
