The food was incredible, truly a culinary experience, and honestly something I would come back to this hotel for on its own. The room was clean, the staff was very nice, and the garden was one of my favorite parts of the property. The pine trees create a beautiful and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is also very close to the sea, with sunbeds included all the way by the beach. The location in Jesolo Pineta is a little further from the main promenade, but the bikes made getting around very easy.
The rooms are not very soundproof, so sounds from the hallway can be heard quite clearly. Our room was also next to the storage room used by housekeeping, which meant we were sometimes woken up early in the morning or during afternoon naps by doors and cleaning equipment. The staff member was very kind, but moving the storage room to a different location could make the stay even more peaceful.

breakfast was nice. The whole property was green, clean and well maintained. The sea was also close. Plenty of sunbeds available.
the room advertised as sea view did not have a sea view. After two rounds of escalation i was given a 10% discount (that was told to be the difference between a sea view and non sea view room). This was rather disappointing. Why not advertise accurately, and why do i need to argue so long for something so obvious...

Il servizio in sala ristorante, la cura del giardino
La cucina, le cameriere ai piani, il parcheggio, la mancanza di famiglia nel gestire l'ospite... Hotel molto freddo umanamente
